No good!
I’ve tried numerous times to checkout online and says they can’t find my loan? I have the app and loan/application number. But when I try verify at checkout, nothing. I don’t recommend. Just will go to the next competitor.
App goes blank when you click my account
When you go to the bottom of the screen and click my account to see your lease, the screen goes completely blank. You just see white then end up having to click off the app and check on it on safari or chrome. Sometimes it’ll open up but most of the time, it gives you nothing. If
Payoff amount
It’s a good app, I’ve used them for years myself and the app helped with see what I owe and how many payments are left, but I don’t understand why they removed the way you could see you lease, they used to show you the amount you had to payoff if you wanted to pay it off early but now it won’t show and if you call they can’t tell you, like they want you to pay the 12 months rather than payoff early if you wanted

Bugged App
This app is terribly slow and misleading.
Horribly frustrating
I’ve used Progressive for years with no issues until recently. I don’t know what changed but now every time I apply for a new lease no matter that none of my information has changed I get flagged for some kind of security reason now I have to wait 30 days before they give me a decision even though I was approved sent to the store to make the purchase and upon signing the lease could not proceed, not only is it embarrassing but a huge waste of time. I would not recommend using Progressive.

Mobile App Needs Work
While leasing thru them is quite easy and hassle free if you need to get a bigger expense quick without having the cash on hand - the mobile app is ABSOLUTE BUNS. The app hardly ever is able to pull up my account, it goes to a blank white page and just sits there. I don't know how anyone else isn't having this problem but it's with both my iPhone and my android tablet, so i know it isn't just me.

Scam!!!
I’ve been using them for about 5 years now. At first they offered a 90 days same as cash but now customer service acts like they never did and charged almost 3x the price amount and now they keep raising the tax amounts on payments. They take almost two weeks to process the payments. This is a scam do not do it or you will pay a lot more than what it’s worth.

terrible people to deal with when you've paid every lease off early and because you didn't pay their pawnshop lease by paying it off early every time and for that they block your phone number so you cannot get any other purchases even with an approved amount! Discrimination
Can’t open anything to apply
App has some bugs, I wanna go to Best Buy but it won’t go to it. It just sits on a white screen the whole time I have tried with and without WiFi to get it to work and nothing

I call them to make my early purchase payoff amount to pay my lease off and the lady even repeated what I wanted to do but instead of scheduling the payment she left it alone and just let a regular weekly payment come out of my account and now I’m having to pay double to pay it off vs if she would of some like I asked her to do I could of payed it off now I’m having to pay double so if you ever call them for customer service be careful cause their communication ISN’T to great
