The display looks like was created by an amateur designer. It does not display when cool is running only “cool is on” which displays that the cool is set not that it is running. Prior app displayed when cool or heat is actually running. Will be replacing with a different brand.
Great Thermostat App but (Needs Dark Background Mode)
Great app as I am coming from Google thermostat platform. An improvement can be adding the use of a dark background mode to make it look aesthetically pleasing.
Need Celsius units!!!
Just installed the app for my new HVAC system and there is no unit in Celsius only Fahrenheit!? I use to have the other Resideo app and everything was ok I could choose the units I wanted…

Doesn’t work, not on iPhone or Mac.
Absurd requirements
The app will not connect without being granted an absurd amount of private information and data access. There is absolutely no reason that full gps location access should be required to connect to a device on my local network. Nor should the company need my complete address to allow me to use my device. Unable to use the app, my “smart” device is pretty dumb and i will return my Honeywell device for a cheaper model or one with more reasonable data requirements.
