Terrible app
In this day and age a bank should have a functioning app. This app is useless! So frustrating, to the point that I think I’m going to switch banks 🙄

Update- Still having issues with this app. Even trying to type this updated review is barely working. No matter how many times I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it has moments of glitches and then works then crashes to not even being able to log in at all. Please for the love of God fix your dang app. I don’t want to have to switch banks especially when I’ve banked with this CU for nearly 15 yrs now! Starting over again is the last thing I want to do.
I’ve used this app for years and ever since they updated it crashes. I can’t move money from one account to the other. I can’t transfer funds from my sons account to mine to pay for his bills. This has become a problem for us to pay things on time because I have to go another route now. Go back to the old version this one is terrible.

Bad app
Easily the worst banking app I’ve used. Horrible design and struggles to even function.
App does not work
Every time I open the app, it closes out within seconds. Completely unusable.

Fix your app
For the love of all that is holy, FIX YOUR APP! It will not load at all! I think this is month two of this? I have uninstalled and reinstalled but it just will not load.
Not opening
It use to work great and still dose on my old phone but just upgraded to a newer phone and the app won’t even open it closes imminently.
Worst mobile banking
I’ve been apart of this bank for almost 10 years and the mobile banking is literally the worst. Most the time the app won’t even open. Charges don’t show up for days. It’s the worst and honestly been thinking about changing banks because of it.
App needs some help
Latest update has made the app unusable. I can’t even log in with out it crashing.

Latest version will not open
I downloaded the latest version in June 2025. The app will not open at all on my iPhone. I click on it and it disappears. I have un-installed and re-installed multiple times. I use the app for all my banking. Please fix!!!
Bugs Everywhere
This is an incredibly frustrating app. Half of the time, the services will not load and just populate a black screen. It’s been through many changes and fixes yet nothing seems to change how broken it is. Thank you for at least letting us view our information, but don’t count on any other service or transfer to consistently work. The webpage works faster than the app. Edit: after this most recent update, the whole app just crashes the moment I open it.

It had been working on this new update for a while, until recently when I open the app it just crashes immediately, so I have to go online now for banking
Used to work great
The developers need to stop saying everything works when clearly many people are having problems with it. Every time I try to transfer the screen just goes black. Please fix the app, it used to be so good! I may have to switch credit unions, since 99% of my banking is done online.
App won’t work
App won’t work for me the last week it force closes before I can even login. I’ll switch banks if I can’t access it. Already called and they said try updating it but there’s no update available for me.
Buggy Nightmare Since Update
First of all - First CCU and their banking support staff have been wonderful for the years I’ve used them for business and personal banking needs. I have zero complaints with that part of their business. Their app though - what a disaster. Please fire or outsource whoever is developing this thing. Went from functional (but ugly which I don’t care about) to barely functional and slightly more glamorous. Please fix this thing so the functions advertised in the app actually work! Read the rest of these reviews! I need to be able to do mobile deposits, transfers, just log in even reliably!!

Easy Banking
First Community’s mobile app is easy to use to conduct banking. I love that I can do everything I can do in online banking in the mobile app. The check deposit function has improved greatly from the previous version.

Great Bank, Okay App
I love my local FCCU bank and the app seems to work okay. However, it's been months and the mobile deposits platform never seems to work properly. I think the rest of the app was a nice update and I understand that new systems take time to work out the kinks.
