Bill Pay Needs a Comment Section
My biggest issue with the app is the bill pay feature. There’s no comment or memo section when making a payment, which is a major problem when paying toward a loan.
For example, if I want to make a payment specifically toward the principal of my loan, there’s no way to communicate that through the app. It would be extremely helpful to have a comment/memo field where users can specify how they want their payment applied.
I really like the convenience of the app, but adding this feature would make bill pay much more useful and give customers better control over their payments.
If this doesn’t change soon I may be forced to switch banks.

I’ve had the app before and it worked just fine and out the blue it won’t load and sometimes I can’t even open it. Someone please show me how to fix it or how I’m doing it wrong!
