I appreciate the app and the ability to bank from a distance. I have stayed with First Merchants after they bought Monroe Bank & Trust, because they have been responsive to my requests and needs and have maintained good electronic banking and App.

It doesn’t load.
I’ve had the app before and it worked just fine and out the blue it won’t load and sometimes I can’t even open it. Someone please show me how to fix it or how I’m doing it wrong!

Face ID is a HUGE hassle
The app will not allow you to enter the password. It always wants Face ID. I just want to enter the password. I get kicked out of the app and can’t get in without calling or going into a location. And the customer service has banking hours too so if you get kicked out of the app after hours you are out of luck until the next day. HUGE HASSLE!
