It doesn’t load.
I’ve had the app before and it worked just fine and out the blue it won’t load and sometimes I can’t even open it. Someone please show me how to fix it or how I’m doing it wrong!

Face ID is a HUGE hassle
The app will not allow you to enter the password. It always wants Face ID. I just want to enter the password. I get kicked out of the app and can’t get in without calling or going into a location. And the customer service has banking hours too so if you get kicked out of the app after hours you are out of luck until the next day. HUGE HASSLE!
