Disappointing… another shiny app full of promises
Quite the sad experience. Rotten blueberries in 2.1 days, but 48 hour window to return. Endless long calls with customer service doing a run around. Worms in mangoes 4 times now, maybe more. Mango milk product that goes bad in 15 hours. Curdles almost each time. Customer service spends hours on calls asking things like how we store our items, as if it isn’t obviously the fridge. Very sad for a company claiming to audit orders before shipping and having overall good service.
Bag returns rejected at pickup despite the app explicitly saying otherwise. Coffee beans delivered were from October 25th, old and visibly damaged. The refund process makes you initiate a chat, do the handoff, and then come back 2 hours later to follow up again, as if fixing their mistake is your job. Flashy UI, but the actual service has the same problems as every other quick commerce app. Needs serious work before it earns the premium positioning.

Good products worst service
The have good collection of healthy products that’s the inly thing saving them. There service is horrible the customer service will never listen to your concerns and will never provide you any meaningful solutions even after multiple escalation. I took the milk subscription and every morning i have to follow up and every morning i have to deal with their horrible customer executives who never listen and keep giving lame reasons for the missed delivery. Eventually i have to place the regular order. All my mornings are ruined because of the horrible customer service. Their fresh produce also was better earlier now its similar to what other apps have. Infact Swiggy has better fresh produce in my area than FC. If Swiggy has the same collection of items i am never ordering from these guys again
