Why you guys lock my account for what when my brother trying to login and I send him a message with my phone I was trying to call customer care it saying rubbish to me I can even understand saying I need or provide my account number which I did but still saying is incorrect

I don’t even understand this app I’ve made a transaction on the 23rd of this month and they debit me immediately and the person isn’t received the money yet and they never refunded my money back besides I can’t find anywhere to make a report the wallet please do something quickly if this wallet isn’t a scamming.

I can’t access Firstmonie due to unknown issues. I logged in, then it shows afterwards “something went wrong, please try again” for several hours!

I transferred money from my bank twice and I can’t find the money in my wallet the app is a mess it’s putting contact info there but I can’t contact anyone with it I even made a complain to my other bank but they claim it’s already successful on there end is this a means to stealing money now I don’t understand 😡😡😡
