What's New in FirstNet Assist

Improved performance and bug fixes

User reviews

Terrible

Garbage app, logs you out every single use and biometric login doesnโ€™t work, is really just an internet short cut because anything you need to do is external to the app. Poorly designed and organized. The only reason I gave it 1 star was to write a review.

App issues

The app is horrible. I use my AT&T app to pay because so many issues on this app loading

Garbage

After FirstNet made me merge to an ATT account my autopay got deleted and now FirstNet offers no billing through them and everything is done through att. I canโ€™t even view my bill anymore and att says itโ€™s a FirstNet issue. Itโ€™s like Iโ€™m a half att user but canโ€™t use any of their features and FirstNet has now deleted everything off their app and the app is completely useless.

Should be ashamed of this app

Does ATT even pay attention to the FirstNet Application? Itโ€™s like they have a rogue team of developers in some back closet they forgot about. You literally have an app that takes you to the ATT website. There literally is NO FIRSTNET APP. It doesnโ€™t even really exist. What a sham.

App Crashes and Times Out Constantly

App crashes constantly and times out. Causes the inability to log in or takes dozens of tries. No support site or contact information fond so a bad review it is.
