This was the first time I’ve used First Vet. It was so easy to make an appointment quickly and to suit me. A reminder was sent to me before the call from the vet. She was very reassuring and knowledgeable. Thank you.

I downloaded the app and started to create an account. When asked for a pin to be sent to my phone it never arrived.
Then I selected call me with my PIN code and it said the phone integration does not work.
So essentially this app doesn’t appear to work. Disappointing.

First time on the App
Fantastic service – I would highly recommend it. As first-time puppy owners, we would probably have gone straight to the vet, but this video consultation gave us all the reassurance we needed and saved an unnecessary trip.
The vet was thorough, examined our puppy over video, and gave clear, practical, and very reassuring advice. Booking the appointment was quick and easy, and she called at exactly the scheduled time.
The whole experience was professional, convenient, and gave us real peace of mind. We wouldn’t hesitate to use the service again.
