Great programs for moms
Really great programs for moms in all stages of motherhood. One improvement I wish to see - There is an option to “favorite” a workout, but no Favorites shortcut. I have to click through each program to find my favorite workouts.
Exactly what I was looking for
As someone who loves working out, but is now a new mama, this app is EXACTLY what I needed! The workouts are challenging and fun. I look forward to every day! I love that I don’t need tons of equipment! 30 minutes, some dumbbells, and you will see the results!!

Already loved their workouts, but this new app makes them even better! Easy to find workouts, and love that the workouts have the list of exercises and weights recommended so I can get set up beforehand!
