Does not work

I installed this app, followed all instructions. Unfortunately it didn’t work. After hours of troubleshooting I was able to get it to actually block. Earned time, then after I used my time It refused to reblock. Re did all the trouble shooting. Tried to reach out, but the help and support page doesn’t exist.
