Incorrect location access
Need to improve or fix the bug on the location confusion. My order came down to other side of my town. Lost my money. Will check out the address first next time

No greeting upon entering. I placed and order via the app. The workers appeared to be visibly upset.

I love the 5 guys app my only issue which is an easy fix is when I try to edit my French Fries there is no option to have them Well Done.

Good but needs a way to add notes to items
App works as well as any online ordering app of its type these days, but it really needs a place place to add a note to a specific item in your order. For example, one member of my party has to be gluten-free, which is why we order that person a lettuce wrap, and it is essential that we make them aware that it is for an allergy. Since the app does not have the feature to add a note about that to this person‘s lettuce wrap, I have to just go inside and order at the counter.

Good but inconsistent
When five guys nails it, the fries are crispy, burgers well put together, and tastes great. Sadly, it’s a roll of the dice. I’m also surprised that there isn’t any loyalty or rewards program. Even pizza Boli’s or other sandwich/burger places do that. Huge benefit is clearly the topping selection; very easy to switch things up and get the burger you are craving. But seriously, the inconsistency is a huge problem

Christ on a bike, you would’ve thought my burger and fries were made of pure gold with how much they’re charging. Prices are so absurd I simply could not fathom the outlandish numbers next to the food.

Rent is too damn high!
I like 5 Guys, but it is now a rarity when we get it. Three meals, small fries and two milk shakes with the meal is $68!!!! Pricey for burgers and fries as tasty as it can be. The same meal a few years back was closer to $50. Can’t blame them I guess. Prices are up all around. That aside, staff is always great and friendly and food comes fast and hot. Last time we got 5 Guys was 4 months ago due to cost.
