The ONE thing missing, are Perks. Every other food app I have, comes with Perks (points towards free/ discounted food options.) The only benefit to using the app, is ordering before you arrive. Other than that, no other incentives!

Great app and visuals missing key ingredients
I love the app and ease of use but missing a way on how to add extra cheese and bacon for which anyone would be happy to pay for if the option is given. I just dont want to drive to the restaurant and request any extras because the app doesnt have it as an option.

App is basic
App works good for ordering and it’s simple. However what’s the point of having an app without rewards? As expensive as the food is, makes no sense to not reward the costumers with a points system. Idk, a burger with small fry and drink is $25+. Shouldn’t take more than 5 guys to figure that out.
App not working
The app wouldn’t let me sign up, because it would not allow me to create a password with a special character, but a special character is required for all passwords.

NO REWARD SYSTEM!! in this day and age a $25 order for JUST burgers is insane, and i should at least get a free small fry. similar to how there's a point system for mcdonald's, sonic, you name it. great places, that have GOOD DEALS

I wish this app allowed users to add gift cards to profile without making a purchase. You should be able to add the gift card info to save it for purchases later. And when you check the box to save cc information, it should actually save it. I shouldn’t have to re-enter the cc info the next day.
