Poorly designed app. Confusing interface, difficult to connect to the fireplace, loses presets, regularly disconnects. Deleted the app and just use the remote now

Terrible Aspire terrible app, Aspire 30 sounds like a drone on low power and like the inside of a jet plane on a higher heat. It is appalling. The app won't connect, though I've tried repeatedly. Some service from Dimplex would be nice!
