What’s the most important thing about any ride share app? Being able to get a ride. And what’s the last thing you’ll ever do on this app? Exactly that. 99.9% of the time you will get an error message, there will literally ALWAYS be an excuse for why you can’t get a ride. The other .1% of the time, your ride will be late, way too early, come to the wrong place, or drop you off late or at the wrong place.
This is what passes for “accessible transport” in this town. Meanwhile the mayor has spent millions of our tax dollars on renovating a street. It’s offensive to every disabled citizen of this city.

Trash worked for one week for me stay down a dirt road I guess they didn't want to drive down it called the phone number and ask them. Why wasn't they accepting my account and got hung up on
Convenient
A friend referred me to Flex Transit and I couldn’t believe they pull right up to your address. I wish they had more of these buses. I find myself struggling to set up a ride sometimes because they’re so busy. Overall 10/10 you can’t beat the price and the friendly service.
