they should expand the zones more
"I love using the Ride On Flex app, but I believe expanding the service zones would really enhance it. I live just outside the current boundaries, and it makes it hard for me to access local jobs and amenities. Expanding the zones would not only help me but also benefit others in similar situations. We ordered FlexRide for the first time to test it out for commuting to the Glenmont Metro for the morning commute to work. It was great! It came within 3 minutes, the driver was great, and ride to the metro was quick. Would highly recommend!
