This app will not let me into the account, I’ve tried way too many times and tells me to call a number something went wrong

Man I would love to use an app that would actually log in to my account…
For Customers as well
Please make a Flexiti app for customers as well. It would be easy to add it to the apple wallet, rather than opening the site on the browser.

Errors all the time
I have attempted to use the App to check my balance on my Card, yet every time I sign in with the CORRECT details, it says that there is an error. On my computer, I do the same, and it works.
