Worst app
I don’t think I’ve had this app once. It’s frustrating and useless.
Works as intended
Been using the merchant app with the company I work with for 2+ years now, works absolutely perfect for processing FLEXITI applications. All these negative reviews from consumers NOT merchants prompted me to leave a review for this well working purpose built app it.

This app will not let me into the account, I’ve tried way too many times and tells me to call a number something went wrong

I try to log into my account and it keeps telling me to contact customer service. Get this app fix!

Why won’t the app open
Man I would love to use an app that would actually log in to my account…
For Customers as well
Please make a Flexiti app for customers as well. It would be easy to add it to the apple wallet, rather than opening the site on the browser.
