i bought shoes off here and they were fake. i was suspicious at first so i did a goat check on them and they were fake. so sad

Do not download and buy credits. Raffles are trash. I won a raffle and it’s been almost a year and they’re still “sourcing your pair” can’t get a refund, nothing , nada. Waste of time and money here. This app should be removed forever. Apple look into this scam of a app. I will be getting the bbb into this mess now unfortunately.

Terrible app, raffles are a joke, their Instagram had a live stream and got a kid on there, he clearly already knew the people running the page, shoe prices are worse than resale stores, I have 100 dollar credit and can’t get a refund and it’s been more than a year. I was scammed by just flip
Spent $150 in raffle credits and won the civilist dunks back in Oct 2020. Never received my pair and just got the run around from the people running this app and on their IG page. They have since stopped responding to me altogether. Beware before sending any money their way.

This app is a joke. We had shoes pending for auction for over two weeks. It tells you 3-5 days but nope!! Loaded up on a different shoe app and sold a pair within a few days!! If you are looking to get on different apps this is not one. Also its false advertisement. Everything is not guaranteed to sale in 30 minutes and it does not take 3-5 days its more like over two weeks. What a waste of my time and energy!! They say you get what you put in, well not here!! Thanks for nothing

they accepted my shoes with a guaranteed sell price of $175, which sounded too good to to be true. the auction came and no one bid. they ended the bid with a message to me asking me to chat them and let me know if i wanted to relist the shoes or sell to Flip at the guaranteed $175. i said i wanted to sell to Flip. no reply. reached out on twitter, email, and finally instagram DM, which got them to reply to my email. they ignored the part of my email saying i wanted to sell for the guaranteed price and replied “we can relist for a lower price to get more bid engagement.” why would i want that when they guaranteed me $175? still waiting on a reply/solution..

DO NOT USE FLIP
FLIP has been the worse sneaker buying experience I’ve ever used, and I use a LOT of sneaker apps. They use very opaque language to get you to purchase non refundable FLIP credit and don’t even email you back. A representative told me I could use the $100 FLIP credit I already purchased to enter into a raffle just to have them take out another $100 for the second raffle and basically stopped talking to me. I have ALL OF THIS IN WRITING, DO NOT USE THIS APP.

Do not use this app. Here’s how their scam is working:
1. You buy credits to enter a raffle these range from $25-$100 an entry.
2. You try and buy something from their buy it now page with your credits, but oh no it’s not up and running yet (they will never get it up and running)
3. You are left with one option to get rid of your credits, and that is to bid in an auction. Unfortunately, everyone is in this situation so everyone needs to get rid of their credits, and therefore shoes go for way over their fair market value.
4. Your raffle entry also isn’t any good. The raffle is rigged. The winners are people that run / invest in the app. They don’t actually give away the shoes.
Apple should really investigate this app scheme. They are running a legitimate scam. If you’ve spent money on this app, I’d recommend you contact your credit card company to get your money back.

Love this app!
Very impressed with this new app for flipping sneakers. I got some Grateful Dead Yellow Dunks on a 90min auction for $965! I also tried to flip a pair of Community Garden Dunks, started the price at $390 and ended up with $510!! I also made a friend or two along the way. If you are looking for a better new way to flip your kicks, something better and more exciting than Stock X (booooooo) then just get the app and check it out. They just take your money and run
There are no clear guidelines to the drawings. The only guidelines they give tell you winning is guaranteed, but this isn’t the case. In reality they just take your money whether or not you win the shoes. Doesn’t make sense why I should pay full price for the shoes only to not get them. Charge the winners, not everyone.

The customer support (aka 1 person) probably taking care of all requests is unresponsive. They also don't have a number?
Their terms and policies doesn't state what their policy is on "flip credit" they will charge you and hold on to your money as "flip credit" without a way of you getting that back meaning you have to use the app until u use the credit. That is a scam. When I challenged that, no response. Do not do this.

Not at all what you would expect
The auctions go above resell price, and the raffles are a joke. They have had the air mags for raffle for months now. You think not many people have entered but they only show you a few on the app when the drawing comes it will be hundreds. They say you could reuse the money after buying flip credits but I still haven’t been able to figure that one out. On top of all of this if you try DMing them or commenting on a post with a question or concern they will just ignore it or delete it in order to make themselves look better. Stay away there are much better options.

False advertisement on prices and a big waist of time!
Stop advertising fake prices to drive unknowing shoe enthusiast to your app. I found a BIG waist of time checking this app daily for months and finally see a good buy, go to purchase the purple lobsters, receive a confirmation page, only to receive a order cancelled message the following day and told the app is in beta.
Here as fond. Idea, maybe it be nice not to waist people's time and maybe say somewhere that this app is a BETA in a big enough space for people to be aware. Extremely disappointing.

Posted my shoes over 2 weeks ago says it will take 3 days at the most for them to either approve the shoe or deny it. It's been 2.5 weeks and still nothing!!!

Absolutely useless
You have to pay to enter raffles that you might not even win. And from a seller perspective the app won’t allow you to sell because it requires pictures but keeps getting stuck on the top picture. Waste of space and very disappointing!
Love Flip!
I try to win shoes using other apps and never win. On Flip I can save up money for sneakers I want using Flip credit while getting a chance to win highly sought after sneakers along the way. Genius! I either win now or win later... a true win-win!!!!
