Order delay
I’m honestly DONE with this trash app. Every single time I place an order, they keep delaying it endlessly, no matter what I order. I have literally NEVER received a product on time from this app every time, I’m forced to cancel my order at the last moment because they simply cannot deliver.
I’ve even contacted their customer service multiple times, and all they know how to say is “sorry.” No actual solution, no improvement, no accountability just the same useless apology every single time.
And the audacity to ask customers for ₹25 as an advance payment when you can’t even deliver orders properly is absolutely ridiculous. Fix your service instead of constantly disappointing your customers.
