Worst & Cheater
I ordered 2 iphone 17 phone covers worth ₹3000 from flipkart in 2 different Colors. Green and Black. But instead of black they sent me purple. I applied for return and refund with sending them appropriate proofs and pics. They sent me texts regarding return pick up for 2 days but no one came to pick up and after 11 pm they would send me message that due to some reason my return was unsuccessful. Then i applied for replacement if they don’t want to give refund. It is showing today that they will pickup the wrong product and deliver the replacement. But guess what? Whenever im going to check my order details or where it has reached the app is glitching. It shows some error and wont open the details of that replacement order but i can clearly see the details of my past order but not this recent one. And im telling you its not even the wifi/Data or network issue. They did it deliberately. Never thought that flipkart will show its true scheming color right after my second order. I seriously don’t recommend using Flipkart. Even boycott it. It just delivers anything and just never want to take return or give refunds. They only want to take people’s money. But if they cant even care about their own customers they don’t deserve to be used as a shopping platform cause customer service should be the topmost priority of any such service. Its the worst shopping app i have ever used. Dont even get swayed by their offers cause you are gonna regret it later.

Worst customer support
Very disappointed with Flipkart’s after-sales service. I purchased an LG 1.5 Ton 5 Star Split AC, but it was defective from the beginning. Instead of providing a replacement or proper resolution, Flipkart kept delaying my complaint. Every time I contacted customer care, I was given a new resolution date. At one point, I was even informed that my complaint had been closed without resolving the issue, and only after I protested was it reopened.
Weeks have passed, but my problem still remains unresolved. Customer support only provides scripted responses and false assurances without taking any meaningful action. I have suffered unnecessary mental stress, inconvenience, and financial loss.
I expected better service from a company like Flipkart. Based on my experience, I would advise buyers to think twice before purchasing expensive appliances from Flipkart, as the after-sales support has been extremely disappointing.
