Customer service totally disappointed
Very disappointed with Flipkart. I have been a regular customer and usually spend around ₹5,000–₹7,000 every month on Flipkart and Flipkart Minutes, so I never expected this kind of experience.
I received a chimney in a defective and very dirty condition. Even the box had bird droppings all over it. I was planning to gift it to someone, but after seeing the condition, obviously I couldn’t give it as a gift.
I contacted Flipkart and asked for a return and refund, but my issue was not properly resolved. I feel that once a customer receives a defective or unhygienic product, the company should take responsibility instead of making the customer run around.
After being a regular customer for so long, this experience has completely changed my trust in Flipkart. I don’t plan to purchase anything from Flipkart again.
If this issue is not resolved, I am prepared to take the matter further through the appropriate consumer complaint process. Very disappointing experience from a platform I used to trust.
