Constant Cancellations & Poor Customer Service
I booked a round-trip from Kitchener to Indianapolis. The first cancellation was a day before my departure date, I decided to reschedule for the next day. Four hours before my rescheduled departure they cancel one of my connecting trips, meaning that there would be no way to reach my other buses and get to Indianapolis. The moment I got the cancellation notice I call their customer service to try and resolve the issue, for 30 minutes I’m on hold waiting for someone to speak to, and a couple times the automated response just hangs up on me - I don’t think they have any live representatives. After deciding to cancel my entire trip, they didn’t refund anything and only offered a voucher barely worth the price I paid. Why should I have to pay for a trip that I was never able to go or come from based on their unpredictability? I even submitted a form to their website and they still haven’t got back to me… just poor service all throughout

Update. They contacted me but still refused to help. So my opinion of them remains.The worst customer service. I had a death in my family and I had to cancel all my travel plans I contacted them. Got very different responses telling me just to not bird and I’d get at least a partial refund. Nothing. They don’t care they will just take your money. I’m more upset at the lies being told. I waisted my time and money. The fact that death isn’t a refundable circumstance is absurd
