Do Not Use Outside of Germany
FlixBus cancelled my second bus in Poland after being delayed for more than 2 hours, so at 1AM I was trapped in a town in a country I’d never been in. Not a good start to the trip. Busses going into, operating within, and leaving Germany were mostly on time and fine, but that’s because they’re a German company. I’ll never be using them again after that experience. Terrible customer service and app.
