We came before departure and then they left early…? We bought another ticket the next day and that bus was delayed FOR 2 HOURS.. how is your staff this bad?

Streamlined
I get that it’s not the easiest thing arranging travel. This slice of journey is part of a much bigger trip from LHR to JFK and then sightseeing in NY. So it’s nice when a part of that wider sojourn is fairly quick convenient and reasonable. I have recently experienced another trip to Scotland with 8 of us which was for various reasons fraught!

Wrong address and poor customer service
I had to travel from Vegas to LA at 2:30 AM and the address mentioned over the email was wrong! I reached the place 20 mins in advance but it was a wrong address.. I soon realized that I was at the wrong address and booked another cab to the actual bus terminal but I was 1 min late and the bus had left.. I was told by the customer service that the busses usually stop for 1 min or 2 mins for passengers to board but that wasn't the case, otherwise I would have canceled my ride. I demand for a refund for the misinformation being communicated to me.. I have an email artefact showing the wrong address..

Horrible customer service
Flix takes no responsibility for the delays of their own busses. A group of us were left overnight in a city 5 hours away from where we were meant to go and upon contacting them they told us to take it up with the third party they booked through. After staying at a bus station on the street overnight, we had to buy new tickets for the next bus and no refunds were offered. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone

Greedy
Even when the mistake was there fault. they refused to transfer my ticket to later on the same day. I spent over $300 for a four hour trip. Shame on you flic
Terrible
Terrible company. I booked a ticket and wanted to change its time to reach my home earlier due to a family emergency. No matter what device, card, payment method or website I used it would not let my payment go there. My dad tried to change it too and was unsuccessful. Customer service was unhelpful. Wont give me a refund. I’m gonna try and sue them to ashes.

Very easy to navigate and user friendly. Offers incredibly accurate alternatives for destinations when the exact location is not possible
Not on time
My trip from Leeds to Leicester on 31/08/2026 at 5:30pm turned into a frustrating ordeal. The journey was delayed, then suddenly canceled, with no communication until 5:40pm—just a terse message from FlixBus. To make matters worse, there was no one at the bus station to offer assistance. My first experience with FlixBus ended in disappointment and frustration.

Canceled trip
Was told to arrive 15 minutes early for the bus, after waiting an hour I was told the bus was canceled. They said I could rebook for “free” but the seat choice still cost me $6.

Didn’t Have to Be this Bad
Initially they didn’t accept my attempt at rescheduling my trip, but accepted my money. For 15 min I thought I was totally screwed and the first phone agent was mean and nearly cruel. The 2nd worker was really a lot better. But neither one said anything helpful to me. They both told me there was nothing they could do. However, the money reversed to my account almost immediately though, so I rebooked no problem. I wish they knew that. I wouldn’t have gotten so upset on the phone. No real harm no real foul, I guess. Just an hour and a half of mind melting stress.
