flixbusは詐欺です。バスの運行がキャンセルになっても返金しません。
返金を要求しましたが、正常にバスが運行し私を目的地に送り届けた嘘をつきました。
サポート担当にチャットして、証拠の提示を求めましたが、サポート担当は一方的にチャットを切断しました。
何度かこちらから連絡をし、調査して連絡すると言われましたが、全く連絡がありません。そのようなやりとりを何度も繰り返しています。
メールをしても返事がありません。本当に酷い目に遭いました。
お金と時間を無駄にしたくないなら、絶対に使用しないでください！！
返金についてはクレジットカード会社やpaypalに返金を依頼しましょう。
私はカード会社から無事に返金されました。

Best App Ever
I use the Flix bus app every time now for my trips out of Fiumicino Airport. My long haul flight from Australia has me arriving in Rome in time for breakfast at the coffee lounge outside the bus terminals. I get to stretch my legs, order un caffè e un bombolone con crema and my Italian summer holiday begins as I board the air conditioned bus with wifi and send streams of pics through the large bus windows to my envious friends braving the Melbourne winter. The Flix app is super easy to use and I have never had an issue with it. Best app ever.

Reserved seats are a scam
Taken ~10 flix busses over the last few months. If you pay for a seat, it’s totally random if you have a pillar blocking any view or a window. The front seats are also not “panoramic” as the drivers almost always (9/10 of our busses) have the sun shade down - don’t bother with them. Dynamic pricing also tries to game you into a higher price even on an empty bus.

Canceled our bus tickets for literally no reason? so we just rebooked the SAME bus with a voucher they gave. giving scam

Literally never reviewed an app before but I gotta say something
I’ve taken dozens of flix buses over the last few years. Most of the time they run late, have horrible tracking (so you don’t even know a bus is late, you show up on time and have to wait an hour). Once they just cancelled a connecting bus minutes before departure leaving me stranded in a random city. When I called flix support to try to get a refund, they said they’d refund my full amount, but I never received any refund and instead my phone line got billed $70 because their call center is in India. I have many stories about how bad their service is, but it’s cheaper than flying. Truly terrible 👎👎👎

barely accessible
blind user. This app is barely accessible. Not quite sure what you're clicking on. Plus there's always a pop-up that interferes with absolutely everything saying you only have so many minutes or seconds to complete your purchase otherwise things will change. That interferes with absolutely everything and you just have to guess on what to click on to get it to go away. Who knows if you're gonna screw up you're working on

No flexibility or empathy
I’m new to the USA, and I booked this flixbus to save money on my trip. I was going for volunteering work. I got lost, and consequently missed my bus by 2mins. These guys showed no mercy, and I had to forfeit my ticket worth 150$… missed the event I was intending to attend and lost this much !!!

Нащо мені їх вибачення і альтернативна поїздка якщо в них немає вільних місць на потрібний день і час? Не рекомендую їх сервіс. Уявляю що станеться якщо ситуація повториться але вже за кордоном під час повернення в Україну

I bought tickets to Glasgow Airport. All prices at different time were 3-6£. My time 16£ why??????

The booking went extremely smooth except for when i changed my mind and decided to have seat selection to sit beside my friend and not have to show up early for the extra charge it would not allow me to go back to do so for some strange glitch idk technology lol I’m not worried all good 👍😃
Payments rarely work
I have tried Master Card, Amex, and Apple Pay. They keep failing, even after deleting and reinstalling the app.
