New app is SO MUCH BETTER
The updates to the app are such an improvement to the original version. Much more intuitive, easier to track progress and programs, more videos, AND the newer videos give more guidance on form before launching into an exercise. Please keep up the good work!
Great Improvement in the Flo App
This updated Flo app is a wild improvement from the prior version that was available earlier this year. The new available programs, class structure, and difficulty levels have made it extremely easy and exciting to use my new portable reformer daily at home. My only suggestion is that adding some soft/relaxing background music during classes would enhance the overall experience imo!

Won’t replace parts.
I’ve been using the portable reformer and the app for about 4 months. In the beginning, the app was pretty terrible, but they have been updating it frequently and it’s improved tremendously. I’ve really enjoyed the reformer and the workouts. Unfortunately, my dog chewed one of the resistance bands and it will no longer connect to the reformer. I reached out to support and asked to purchase a replacement band. They told me no because the warranty doesn’t cover it if my dog chewed it. I replied that I wasn’t asking for the warranty to cover it and that I wanted to buy the replacement part. They refused and said I’d have to buy an entire new reformer. I’m not spending $100 on a new machine that I don’t need and after much back and forth (they offered me a $20 coupon to put toward a new reformer) with them I will not be renewing my subscription since I can’t fully use the machine. Game changer
I thought I was doing effective Pilates before, but having a reformer too things to a crazy level! Especially the core classes, oh em gee!!! So glad I purchased.
App doesn’t work.
I can’t open the app, it just shows the initial page and never opens.
