Game changer
I thought I was doing effective Pilates before, but having a reformer too things to a crazy level! Especially the core classes, oh em gee!!! So glad I purchased.
App doesn’t work.
I can’t open the app, it just shows the initial page and never opens.
False advertising
They sold me their product with a “free subscription” with no time limit specified in 2025 and now claim it’s invalid. If you are seeing ads claiming there is a free subscription there isn’t. Only buy this if you’re prepared to pay monthly or just make it up on your own. Their response is inadequate - I was already in touch with their support team, and I forwarded the receipt that clearly showed free subscription. They refuse to honor it and are trying to get me to pay for 2 years at $149 a year at the promise of a $49 a year refund, which is ridiculous off of a free promise AND feels like a scam from a company that sold a product with a packaged subscription. I’m sure you will get better product elsewhere.

I got charged $118 additional with no explanation. Emailed support with no response!
Great app!
I am loving the flow Pilates app! I am getting a great workout with clear instructions. The only thing that I get a little confused about is the spring weight. It would be nice if they said which color spring instead of the weight. I did have a little technology trouble when I first started with the app, but I sent an email and received great support. It was simply one of the settings I had on my phone and not default of the app itself. Very impressed with customer service!

Reformer Pro Videos?
I enjoy the workouts but there are never any videos using the reformer pro. I spend the extra money on this reformer but don't know if it was worth it cause all the videos are with the regular reformer should have just purchased that one and save $100.
Review of the training with Flo
What works, what does not work. I have gone to the YouTube videos on beginners Reformer to get simplified instruction. My thoughts, the Flo sight does not explain the weight/tension cords very well. I have 4 hooks to use, do not know when the instruct using 5 what that means. We have tightened the handles so they work for me. But when they say to take off the hook for this one or that one, there is no explanation that shows me which ones they mean. I would like to see it. I am a visual learner. If it wasn’t for the you tube, I would be nowhere with this wonderful machine.

Workouts are great! It rarely records that I’ve finished workouts and I can’t remember where I left off. Sometimes also they pause and won’t start again but maybe it’s my internet…
DO NOT PURCHASE THIS
I bought this Pilates board for the price expecting that the “yearly subscription” included in the purchase price was just that. Only to be charged $230 two weeks later. The app itself also sucks. Do not fall for this scam.

Can’t get past the second screen on the app
I was excited to set up my reformer and start working out on the app. However, once I set up the app, the second screen popped up asking to rate the app and I couldn’t get past that screen. No way to minimize, no way to click through. Basically no way to access the app at all.
App is fine, company is shady
It’s a basic app but be aware there is nothing “free” about the app other than download. When I bought my package that said includes free app, no where did is say it was a 14 day trail, and not only that, the trial begins upon purchase not delivery of product so I got hit with $158 for app access on a product I owned less than 6 days and didn’t even get a real trial period. Just feels like dishonest and shady advertisement.

Best work out equipment piece we have in our home
The quality of the home reformer is amazing .. easy set up storage and moving to accommodate space. The classes are just as if you are in a studio. In fact it helps to be able to follow along without looking. Love love. Recommend highly!

Enjoying the app
I have been using the app for about a month now. I am taking beginner classes for the portable reformer, which I enjoy. My only gripe is that I have the portable reformer pro model and I wish they would show how to use it. I adapt the classes to it, but it’s not quite the same.

Horrible app. Always freezes and can’t use. I have also paid for a subscription and I am very disappointed Can’t get in touch either anyone regarding this problem. Don’t get the app. Up
Best Home Workout
Loving my Flo Pilates, easy at home setup and storage, videos and challenges are easy to follow. Appreciate the set up view before starting the workout. Really works the body for sculpting, just a few days in and can see pleasing results. My sister is ordering it today!
