Absolute dog vomit in the air
This app is worse than useless. Cannot log in with phone number or email address to simply get to the next step to “scan boarding pass”, as if anyone uses printed boarding passes in this era.
Garbage.

Faith hope write an application for the Job
I had a great flight with Alaska airlines in I’m I flying my self just yet not yet it’s seeing and liking me in the air port. I love the baggage’s.
Bloatware tries to do everything
Can’t get to the first step, pairing it to the seat back screen as a remote. It wants to scan my boarding pass, which I don’t have a physical copy of. It wants to help me find parking. I’m on the plane and just downloaded your app. Just do one thing well. The screen says to “click the entertainment remote tile” and none exist in the app. So dumb.

This is a fraud! No relation to JetBlue wifi. Hackers steal your credit card data. Stay away!

If I was able to get the OTP by either text or email I could find out but it times out after 3 seconds.
Terrible, buggy app
If you want to stress out on your flight; if you want to wonder just how bad and useless a free app can be, or, if you want to waste time accomplishing nothing—-this is the app for you. I’m amazed that after spending half my flight simply getting logged in I closed the app and deleted it. Junk.
