Lacking
App is lacking quite a bit in it’s functionality. Have used it for several years off and on but it doesn’t show available restaurants on a regular basis and the delivery tracking doesn’t work half the time.
Needs updating
App needs a fresh face and a modern UI. Ordering issues, such as taking a long time to accept or cancelling those long time to accept orders is non existent. The phone number isn’t theirs, it went to a deli.

Ordered and my order never got sent to the restaurant I called and called and left a message I got no refund or anything.
Work on the UI
The app needs serious UX design work on the UI. Not a good experience to use it as is.
Terrible communication
Never got the second email that said confirmed. Had no idea if the delivery was coming until it got here.
Application crashes, when I try to install it on the new iPhone
Unfortunately, I can’t even use the Phone application because it constantly crashes when I go to install it. It’s a brand new iPhone shouldn’t have any issues.
Can’t make an account
I can log in as a guest just fine but I can’t make an account. It crashes every time I try to put in a verification code. Other than that though, it seems like it works as intended.
Can’t make an account
You can’t order anything unless you make an account, which isn’t an issue, but mine won’t let me make an account at all. When I put in my phone number for the verification code and tried putting the code in, the screen would either freeze and then kick me out of the app or the app would immediately close and delete any prior information I added. The exact same thing happened with my friend trying to create an account as well. Genuinely impossible to sign up.

Unable to Order
Now I only get a list of previous orders and am asked to review them! There are no businesses listed to actually order from. I’ve deleted and relaunched the app at least 8 times in two days! Ridiculous.
Can’t even register to use
Can’t even register to use the app. The phone entry won’t allow for a full phone number which means you can’t get past the first registration page. Back to doordash for me
Complete Fail
We ordered last night (Subway) and it took two hours to get here from a store 15 minutes away. One of the sandwiches was inedible because it was sitting out for too long. Today, I wanted to give it another chance. We ordered two PB&J sandwiches from a local market. It cost us $50 including a $13.99 delivery fee. We had no way to context the driver. The place is 15 minutes away and it’s been 1 hour and 40 minutes so far. We want to support the local service, but it doesn’t seem like they have the resources to deliver the food in a timely manner.

Can’t even register
Y’all need to check your code, I can’t even enter a complete phone number at registration. Whoever broke your stuff needs to go back to boot camp or something.

Rarely works, never ending loading that goes no where. I’ve uninstalled my app, let my phone die, created a new password, and it still won’t load anything.
Making a account not working
I don’t want to rate this low, but I tried making a account and it’s not letting me put the last two digits of my phone number therefore not letting me make a account, making this just so the people in charge know.
Not a fan
It’s super glitchy and barely even works.
Genuinely awful
App does not work on my phone period, infinite loading screens, that no amount of uninstalling or messing with the app will fix, this app has been broken for months upon months so no hope that it will ever be fixed
This app is crap
Had placed a few orders using this app and they took 3 hours to receive my order. That wasn’t the first time it’s happened. Wasn’t happy about this app. Don’t use it.
