Why is it that yall charge more than the actual restaurant for pickup if im picking it up where is that extra money going to that the restaurant doesn’t charge I can understand the delivery but pickup no that needs to be changed

A Waste of Time and Money
A sell out greedy company that doesn’t care about their drivers or their customers as long as they can continue to steal wages and hike up delivery prices. Almost every instance of me ordering food, ends up with a missing or incorrect item, and the delivery time is way longer than advised when ordering, or they just cancel your order just because. I pay for an Uber one membership and it’s a waste of money because there isn’t a benefit of having it. The restaurant forgets an item or gives you the wrong thing? No refund if that continually happens. The delivery is taking much much longer than advised or is now a completely different time? Nothing they will do. They get drivers that are 20 minutes away to deliver something that is closer to my address than the driver is. Customer support is useless as they don’t do anything but provide corporate cookie cutter responses and don’t actually help.

DONT EXPECT REFUNDS
They will not refund you for items that are missing and will say there’s nothing that they can do. I ordered $52 of items, the driver went back to the store to get the drinks and side items I ordered for my family and the store told them no and to request a refund. I tried to get the money back at least for the items I did not get and they still would not honor it. Please use other apps over this one. They are a complete scam. Last time that I will use them! Order from the store directly or pick it up on your own. The app is always crashing and not loading properly as well for drivers either.
