Terrible customer service
After 124+ orders, I had a delivery issue and contacted support- was told to wait 48 hours for review - then couldn’t receive a refund due to the timing and because it was delivered- even though nothing was as followed - not even the picture of my order was right. I told them I was uncomfortable and didn’t want to eat it due to the lack of professionalism - I was told my case was being reviewed and to wait for an update. After waiting, I was denied a $30 refund based on the passage of time. The case was supposedly escalated to higher support, but the final response was still the same without addressing why I was penalized for following support’s instructions. Very disappointing customer service, will never use again.
