Bad Application
After every order you cannot ask for feedback or if you are asking then there must be a skip button also.

Data leak from this app
I tried UPI payment for the first time today on this application and within few hours got 4 payment requests on the UPI application I used on this app. Serious data leak/security issue. Review the app and its data access as details are getting leaked.
Error Internet connection
It’s always complaining on internet connection even with internet , all other apps work except this ,

Not much useful app
The app is not working saying that i have to update i am using older version and there is no link/option available to update it in app store.
Pluxee - fix/introduction
I was able to find pluxee while last few weeks but recently i am not able to find the pluxee option but only the food book e wallet kindly fix this or introduce the pluxee again to the app for better user experience
Pathetic user experience around cancelling order
If you order something & it’s not available, cancellation process is lengthy & not at all user friendly.
Unable to login because of OTP issue
I’m unable to login into FoodBook app since few days because whenever I try to log in I’m not receiving the OTP on my mail id. The app is not sending any OTPs please can you look into this
Unable to link sodexo cards
Tried linking the sodexo pluxee card it doesnt work nor able to top up the wallet with sodexo cards as it does not support prepaid cards

Every time we need to enter the food card details very worse there should be great improvement in the payments page
IOS Version gets stuck
The IOS version gets stuck in the Order menu whenever App is launched. Please correct this bug asap.
App not working in iOS
Last few days, this app is not working. Whenever I open, it will go to feedback page and I can’t see anything.
Very bad app
This app need to incorporate such features so that people can sign up with different numbers . Once you logged in with one numb it will always take that number to logins there is no option to sign up again.
Lot to be improved
Please provide or enable all the payment modes and also the UI needs to be improved
