Disappointing experience with FoodBoss's point redemption system. I tried to redeem my points for an gift card, but the system wouldn't work. It seems like the redeeming points feature isn't functional anymore. I need help resolving this issue. Can someone from FoodBoss support team please assist me?

I believe that they should add more options for food and they should also add a referral program. In order to earn more money, they should add ads and let people earn points for watching advertisements and ordering food.
