Too much delivery Cost. Not worthy in Big 2026.
They refused to refund me for an expired item
I ordered something from foodpanada and got an expired item. Wanted an exchange/refund product but they are unable to provide. They said they will look into the matter but their agents cut the conversation without solving. I don’t recommend this app. There are other much better app than this for food and groceries.

Absolutely terrible delivery and customer support. Do not use this app.
My order was nearly 3 hours late. For over an hour, the app kept saying the rider was “5 minutes away.” I contacted support multiple times and repeatedly asked to cancel, but they kept refusing because the order had supposedly been dispatched. They told me it would arrive soon, repeatedly apologized, and then eventually ended the support chat without even answering my cancellation question.
After all that, the app finally gave me an “order didn’t arrive” option to request a refund.
I’ve also previously paid extra for priority delivery and watched the rider deliver multiple other orders before mine. After these experiences, I’ve deleted Foodpanda and will be ordering directly from restaurants instead.
