Best Business Tool
Found has treated me very well and has come in handy on more than one occasion. I have the free version of the account and it’s loaded with features I can’t believe are free. From expense tracking to reporting, creating invoices and even depositing checks it seems to provide almost everything. The few limitations right now are depositing and withdrawing cash. Depositing has to be done at a store and carries a fee. Cash is available to withdraw anywhere and Found does not charge but the atm or bank can add in a fee and those are pretty steep. Still worth it for everything the account gives you in the free business account.

Awesome Banking Experience
I’ve been using found for a few years now. I love this bank! Not only is the super app easy to use, it also gives you options to really customize your business, you can create invoices, and send them right from the app, with your logo included, I also love the fact that when I receive an ACH it normally shows up the same day if it was sent before noon, I’ve never had any issues with found. And I’m thankful I “Found” them!

This seems like it is really good and so far I have no complaints. I would like an easy option to speak with a live person. Other than that I really like this bank.

RUN THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY
Whatever you do do not bank with these people if somebody happens to steal money from your account or your card is used unauthorized they will not give you your money back. They will literally close your dispute. Won’t let you submit anything and then tell you need to submit and when you do submit something, then they automatically turn around and tell you that they cannot reopen your dispute, even if you are who have proven to them that the money was taken without your consent so I’m giving a a warning do not bang with these people there’s multiple people you can look on BBB. They have had more money than me stolen from these people and they had never gotten their money back and they literally had to pay that and that’s unacceptable.

Disappointed
It could not be any harder to deposit money. I don’t know if it’s incompatible with trust, why there’s a deposit limit, or how it’s possible to charge me to deposit and take so long to hold funds. But I am both VERY discouraged by found and my personal bank. 0/10
Changed my life
This app has been an absolute game changer for my business finances. Everything use to be a mosh pit. Now I never have anxiousness around tax time and feel very organized in how we steward our cash flow.
Worst decision I have made regarding small business bank account
Found is a great idea in principle, but the second you have a problem it is difficult to reach anybody or get any of the same level of support you would enjoy with a traditional bank such as JP Morgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, US Bank, Bank of America, Amex etc. I tried Found for about 18 months and unfortunately, I had some erroneous and fraudulent charges on my account, but they fell outside of the two month window to report them and there was zero recourse. One of many examples of terrible service.
