More features PLEASE
I have been using found for my invoicing since I can remember for my business and I love it. I don't like the fact I'm charged twice for processing and I wish you guys would give some new features.
Great Biz Banking
I was searching for a good business banking account and I unfortunately messed up my personal credit when I was younger. That said as I rebuild it, it was hard to find a "regular" Bank that was willing to help me open a checking account. I then turned to apps such as Found and its competitors. I looked at all of them and, no pun intended, but I found that Found was certainly the app for me. Very happy with my choice. Features are as simple as when I receive a payment I can delegate which portion of it goes to taxes vs my primary business account vs my owner pay, which I pay myself out of into my "regular bank account". It's great. I highly recommend it to anyone starting a new business that might have trouble with a regular bank, and frankly even if you don't have issues with the regular bank, I still would recommend found.

I’ve been waiting like 2-3months for my account update my funds been locked on my account for so long and there’s no phone support so all this is is me waiting on a email back to back then they never have any information

I don’t know how I managed my business before finding Found :-) User friendly, sleek design and the REPORTS! So helpful. For the self-employed, the Taxes folder for separating those funds from general fund is so incredibly helpful. I’m in love!
Not good for high earners
Beware if you’re a high earner this is not going to be the business banking option for you… they will place limit amounts on your weekly and monthly deposits and if you earn an amount that exceeds their set limitations then it pretty much renders this checking account worthless and unusable for banking purposes. Unfortunately contacting the company numerous times ultimately wasted a good hour of my time and resulted in no fruitful solution to the issue.

Love it been using it for a year
This app is really great. I’ve been using it for a year. I wouldn’t say it lacks much. I can’t really think of anything negative to say the support is very good. The card is very good. The Security just to even log into the account is very good. I absolutely love how they make it so complicated for you I appreciate that type of security so it really makes you feel safe. The bookkeeping is really great too. Let’s not forget the fact that it’s actually free and if you pay for some of the premium options, it’s pretty much worth it. It’s not crazy expensive.

I’ve been using this app for over a year now and love the features it offers. It helps me keep track of where my money is going and itemizes everything to keep your business running smooth.

Im still learning to use the products Found offer, however, I am enjoying the Business account.
Fraud
Found offers strong accounting tools for small businesses, but I would recommend transferring funds out promptly. We have experienced repeated fraudulent and unauthorized charges, and unfortunately, the support in disputing those transactions and recovering the funds has been extremely limited.
STILL Essential.
Essential for me as a professional solopreneur for the last two years. I am OBSESSED. Tax set-aside. feature is indispensable. Invoicing feature is clean and professional. Customer service and interface is easy and accessible.
