I’m really upset with this banks practice. One minute they accept a payment from a vendor just to then change their guidelines. I’ll never get rid of my traditional bank. I can visit a branch and talk to a real person. Not something AI generated.

So disappointed
I’m a victim of fraud by Facebook advertising and it was for , all together, $500! And found made it impossible for me to get my money back, like they punished me for the fraud! As if I didn’t feel like an idiot already, then I feel like a total idiot for choosing found to bank with! Not impressed at all. Very disgusted and disappointed with this company and the lack of customer support and compassion, etc.

Money not available fast enough.
As a new small business I like a lot of the features in the app. It takes over a week for checks to clear. I need those funds available quicker than that, so I haven’t decided if I’ll continue, or try to find something closer to home.
Lacking very important features
I really loved the idea of this platform: the simplicity, the AI integration, and the fact of trying to give it a solid alternative to QuickBooks online. After using it for only a month or two, I realized that some of the main features that I think most small businesses will need are not there.
For example, to be able even to edit an invoice, you cannot edit. You have to duplicate it and redo the invoice. For the company that's been in business for years, that seems extremely puzzling, such a small thing.
To go further, you cannot charge clients on a subscription basis. This is something I think that every other competitor has just naturally built in. Instead, you have to send invoices only. Third, when you want clients to pay you via checking or ACH, they actually have to copy your information sent via email, and go into their bank and pay you that way. I almost lost a project because of that.
Really disheartened because I'm a huge proponent and fan of what Found.com could be. I just don't understand, from a software engineering standpoint and business standpoint, how these very simple, basic, and much-needed foundational features are not included even before they shipped their version one.
I guess one positive out of this is that it pushed me to build my own platform, which is almost done, and will have all the features that I need, and more.

There is a lot that can be done with Found that’s typically found only in very expensive software. Found’s free version is good, the first level of paid is even better!
