Joined got a $2000 limit paid for their premium membership. $14 then they my limit was zero and they couldn’t change it. No refund on the $14 thieves. I can’t use your service give back the money. Registered with Bank and debit card.

This is ridiculous you are already profiting off financing people purchases and yet you still think you get to hide the best stores to shop thru your service behind a paywall I don’t think so. I don’t even see how this is legal this is in the realm of paying to get credit which is not legal. So behave better and end this ridiculous greed.
And it’s also ridiculous that the main screen shows a limit way higher than even what you’ll approve at any one store and of which that approval number is still higher than they’ll even approve to actually spend this is lying and fraud you can say you have xx.xx to spend but then once you’re trying to spend that you say no sorry the amount is lower and we won’t tell you how low I just had to keep deleting items from the cart. This is not honest this is shady business.

Bad customer service
If you have an issue with anything and need immediate attention or resolution you’re not going to get it here .The response time is bad it’s been days and still h ant gotten in touch with human being . You stuck with just a AI robotic auto response they need to do better with that .

I made a purchase through the four link and they provided a receipt with a bogus ID number. When I called the company regarding my order, they said they don’t have my order and the ID number was not valid . I made several claims to get my money back and four declined to refund me. I would never use their service again.

Needs better customer service
It will not let me log in. I’ve chatted with no help. It keeps saying oops try again later after I have authenticated it. No customer service just the chat and email. I use to use this app all the time with no issues it was great. I’m not sure what’s happening now. Very frustrating. Could a customer service rep reach out, not just the chat!!!

Adore the App
I love it! Been using it for a while. Since I get weekly pay now I feel comfortable with what all I can afford with four. My credit limit has increased tremendously and once I pay everything off I’ll be investing in getting more stuff for my new place!

Over charge
Worst customer service..No one to answer any questions u may have but yet they keep charging late fees for absolutely no reason.When I reach out to find out why there is no one but a Bot there to repeat the same questions over and over! Worst nonexistent, Customer Service I ever dealt with!!
