I spent 500 from Amazon and most of the payments wouldn’t go through so I had to reuse the app again and spent another 300 to use it and then months later they still didn’t refund the other money. I tried to tell them and show them proof about it and they still denied me three times. They stole $300 from me.

First of all they give you a purchase limit of $1000+ then to even buy anything worth it from major retailers like amazon,target,best buy they make you buy they membership for $12.99 a month. Ok cool but when that’s done they give you a whole different number for those retailers i got $600 available on best buy so why would u say i have $1200. completely misleading.

I paid for the virtual card and it kept getting declined. So I’m I’m out of $40 along with the membership fee.

Signed up 2 yrs ago, had forgotten this platform and came back after an Instagram post to find out account still active. I been using and love purchasing through Four with an option to pay less by paying early. I love it! I added it to my list of only 3 buy now pay later apps I will only use. Can literally shop through all major store brands. It helps you out of running into debt. Go Four!

I’ve had this app for a while now spending power going up yet I’ve never been able to place an order even with subscription and they don’t have real customer support, even after they responded to me they sent me to the same link that tells me they’ve escalated my issue and no one ever gets back to me 😂

Payments are incredibly hard to use
Be careful when using this it’ll stop letting you because it won’t take your payments and make you late then it won’t let you pay the late fees and when you try to reach out about the problems no one will get back to you

I have tried different buy now pay later apps. And all I can say is this is by far the worst. I placed a grocery order and went over not even a dollar and it would not take it. It would either be the precise amount that you asked for or less than the amount. Never again would I download or use this app again!!

Easy to use but…
Don’t get me wrong it is convenient to have this app.
I use other apps that allow you to pay in 4 or 6 payments as well, this is the only app that don’t raise your credit limit even with almost a year as a customer and have had no missed payments and being on time with every payment, unless you register a whole bunch of personal information with them.
Good app, just slow to catch up.

Customer service doesn’t exist
I have made all my payments in time- suddenly none of my cards work and It’s telling me I need to reverify my cards. I reach out to customer service and there is no such thing as a live agent. So now I’m being penalized everyday for a problem on four’s end for a late payment.

What spending amount?
Even though the app gives you a spending limit, they still say you have zero available, even though you’ve never used the app before. What’s the point of this when you can’t even use your own spending amount. Don’t bother with this app waste of time.

Four has been a lifesaver for me! They were one of the only services that approved me to split my payments, which makes shopping so much easier. I also love that they accept credit cards as a payment option, because a lot of other companies require an actual Visa debit card. The app is easy to use, payments are straightforward, and the flexibility is really helpful. Definitely recommend Four!

False advertisement
When you are granted a spending amount you can not use it all at once. We were trying to get a room for our anniversary and it said we had a limit of 333. But we could only use 60.00 of it even after signing up for the membership.

We just moved in our new home so being able to buy the things we want without the stress of waiting for the next paycheck or even pulling from our emergency funds feels nice. I can buy what I want and set it to automatically come out on my next paycheck. Don’t worry about what others think about the pay in four method it’s flexible and fun! Do it. Take the stress off.
