Great little app truly appalling service
Never any buses, yet they pass through the village quite regularly. Not sure how they can justifiably advertise themselves as an “on-demand” service when the demand is never met. Drivers are often late and the app ,according to the drivers, can sometimes switch the pickup and arrival times around. The drivers have also indicated that the time slots are singular, so if one person books it no one else can. Sort this out. You are isolating people who rely on these types of service.

Just don’t
I don’t think I’ve ever got this bus without it being late. It’s half an hour late most days and never has the times I need so I have to get there later, then the actual bus is late making me miss most of my college. I live in a place where there’s no other busses I can take so I have to get it everyday but if you can avoid it please do. Just don’t even make it an option. I’m moving house just so I don’t have to get this bus because of how bad it is and that if I’m late again I’ll get kicked off my college course. Never get this bus if you actually want to get where your going.
