Very Poor Support – Issue Pending for Months
Every time I contact support, I either receive generic responses or no response at all. It feels like my concern is not being taken seriously. As a user, this is extremely frustrating because I trusted this platform with my transactions.
A service-based app should prioritize timely support, but unfortunately, that is completely missing here. I expected better professionalism and accountability.
I strongly request the team to improve their support system and actually resolve user issues instead of just delaying them.
Until then, I cannot recommend this app to others.

Worst app , Avoid this App at All Costs!
I feel compelled to share my terrible experience to warn others.
Refund Limbo: It's been over two months, and I'm still waiting for a refund for a failed transaction. The fact that I've had to chase this refund for so long is absurd. This app boasts about its services, but when it comes to delivering on promises, it falls miserably short.
Abysmal Customer Service: The customer service provided by this app is beyond terrible. They're slow to respond, if they even bother to respond at all. When they do, it's with vague, unhelpful replies that do nothing to address the issue. It's clear that they couldn't care less about their customers' problems.
Passing the Buck: Here's the real kicker - for a failed transaction, you're told to contact the operator. And when it comes to getting your hard-earned money back, you're told to contact your bank. The app absolves itself of any responsibility, leaving you to navigate a frustrating maze of operators and banks, neither of which seem particularly interested in helping you.
Zero Accountability: This app doesn't take any responsibility for the problems it causes. It's like they're operating in a parallel universe where customer satisfaction and integrity don't matter. They're quick to take your money but slow to provide any real service.
In conclusion, this app is a complete and utter disappointment. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away from it. There are countless other options out there that actually deliver on their promises and provide decent customer support. This app is a shining example of how NOT to run a business. Save yourself the headache and avoid it at all costs.

Chance to have a comeback into the market!
It would be great if there is a convenience for NRIs to login with their international numbers which are already mapped in their bank accounts for UPI transactions.
No transaction history and money also deducted from wallet!!

Fraud app with severe security flaws
Last week, I had a plan to buy some items from Flipkart. When I gone through the Offers section in the Freecharge app, I have noticed an offer in which when I open the Flipkart website through Freecharge app and search for products, I might get discount on the item price. So, I logged into Flipkart account using my mobile number through Freecharge app. Realised none of the products have offers, I didn't bought anything
On the next day, I have got lot of OTPs from my bank regarding the purchase of items from Flipkart worth ₹4900. Thank god, I have noticed that and logged into my Flipkart account. Found that someone is trying to buy Google Play recharge coupon multiple times using my credit card which is already saved in the Flipkart account.
Realised that this is a fraudulent act or severe security issue from Freecharge side in which the customer login information is exposed to hackers or the app developers itself. I can say that for sure because I am a software developer. So, decided to delete Freecharge account forever and raised request for that. I will not recommend this fraud app to anyone in future.
Also, I have recently noticed that most of the transactions are failing by giving incorrect failure information. For example, even though my bank account have sufficient balance, the app shows insufficient balance while trying to make payments.

Useless app
Not recommending to anyone
I tried to configure this app using my email ID, it replied me that some unknown person registered this app using my email ID and his or her mobile number. Then I have contacted on freecharge support email to revoke my email usage from their account but the reply was not favourable and it is not done still.
Then again by seeing the offers I have created another email ID and registered my account did some transactions and purchases, but I haven’t received any cash back as stated in their application or in 1mg (shopping application). Again I contacted freecharge support email with all transactions details but still no feedback from them. The cash back supposed to receive in 72hours but it’s been more than one week. It’s very disappointing and I’m not recommending this application to anyone ..

The worst part is you will get the refund only after 7-9 days in your account. This is really pathetic considering all other such apps like paytm provide instant refunds in case of failed transaction if any.
It’s really shameful and horrible for such an app to be listed on App Store. Should be removed instantly. It’s looting in open people’s hard earned money. Concerned authorities are required to take some action against these fraudulent apps.
