Great service horrible app
While I’m a satisfied Freedom Mobile customer, the app isn’t an app. It’s a (poorly) wrapped version of their mobile site. If you need to make any account changes, it’s more convenient to just access the site directly from your browser.
A waste of storage space!
Useless app, when trying to view the usage in cv format, cannot exit. Uninstalling.

An app made by beginners. Terrible interface. Does send texts for 2 factor authentication which it makes you do every time and as of last few days won’t even launch. Just brutal.
Can’t receive verification codes, and Too many scam calls and texts
Freedom Mobile needs to do a better job protecting customer phone numbers. It feels like I’m getting far too many spam and scam calls, which makes me wonder whether enough is being done to prevent abuse. Customers shouldn’t have to deal with constant unwanted calls. Please improve spam call protection and be more transparent about how customer information is safeguarded.
What’s the point of having a phone plan if I can’t even get verification codes from banks, apps, or other companies? Totally unreliable — I’ve missed important logins and can’t use basic services because Freedom Mobile blocks or fails to deliver these texts. This isn’t just inconvenient, it makes the service useless.
It’s stupid how Freedom Mobile doesn’t block incoming scam texts and calls. I get them every single day now, and it’s getting really annoying. Other carriers already have proper spam filters and call-blocking, but Freedom seems to ignore it. Please step up and actually protect your customers from scammers.

World worst mobile app.
Somehow this company is rather getting worse by the day. You can make any independent choice or simple mange your transaction because this company want access to your wallet. Uncontrollable access.
Completely useless
This app is completely useless. Not even a mobile app. It’s just a webpage translated into a phone app that doesn’t act as an app. Buggy as hell too.

Add a way to stay logged in or add faster logging methods like a passkey (favebod, finger print etc)

The worst app I have ever used. Get your pin wrong once and wait 30 minutes to try again. What makes you think waiting is going to be any better??? Hard to find information about your account. Absolutely HATE this app.

Just a website wrapper
An embarrassing excuse of an app - it’s not an app, but a website wrapper that 1) requires a re-authentication EVERY new session 2) doesn’t have FaceID support 3) if you want you view your bill, the app kicks you out to Safari and you have to re-login again.

Worst company with the worst service.
I’ve been a loyal customer for almost a decade and the service has taken a complete dive. They don’t honour their deals, don’t call back when they say they will after inconveniencing your entire work day and don’t give a lick about their customers. I’m switching providers asap. It was never good service but now it’s just irredeemable. If I could give a negative rating I would. It’s minus 5 stars. It’s basically a scam.

Horrible Frustrating App
Come on Freedom FIx THIS APP! The app requires multiple sign-ins simply to see the bill. Even then, one can’t open it in HTml just download in psf that my iPhone reader won’t read (and says the file is corrupted)..there is no need why simply seeing one’s bill on an iPhone should be so difficult/impossible.

Out of touch UX – The worst login experience
Freedom Mobile, please fire the person who designed the UX login authentication for this app. They have made the sign-in process so hard for users. Why do I need to log in over and over again? Why do I have to enter my phone number twice just to get in? To make matters worse, the One-Time Password (OTP) sometimes takes up to 5 minutes to arrive. This app is completely out of touch with modern design and basic user convenience. Fix your authentication flow.

Just try to download your invoice . It is hidden behind 100 clicks. And once you click to download, you get a txt file with 0 info. Morons!

This is probably the most frustrating, glitchy, slow app I’ve ever had to use. I pray that Freedom upgrades it and makes it more user effective in the near future, because it affects my entire freedom shopping experience.
Horrible “app”
The app isn’t even an app, it’s just their website which means every time you open it you have to login, not to mention opening any external links or documents in app always requires a restart afterwards because there’s no way to close them which means you have to restart and login again and again and again.
Freedom, I appreciate your service and price but would it kill you to spend a bit of money hiring someone to make a decent app for your users?

So bad that makes me change carrier
This app is so bad! I like Freedom as a phone carrier, but this app alone makes not with it to stay with the company.
It feels like freedom intentionally makes it hard to use so that users don’t check their usage and the new promotions frequently!
