Still doesn’t work
I don’t know what they’re doing but the app, to place business calls OUT does NOT work. “Internal server error”. It worked one day and never again. At least incoming calls reach me without issue but that doesn’t use the app.

Texting has been turned off. Wish you could at least say STOP because texts are still coming in.
Cant make calls
Keep getting recording to check app settings or check caller ID. The app does not have setting to go to and caller ID is correct but still cannot make calls. Useless app.

Calls do not come through on the app. It comes through directly through my phone which means when I miss a call I can’t tell who called

Downloaded the app. Entered username and password and just get a blank screen. Repeated attempts; same result. Garbage app.
Fix the App
I’ve been with this business since 2018, and they have a lousy app that makes me login again all the time. Won’t respond to my trouble tickets. Customer care doesn’t care and are equally bad. If I could give a zero, I would. I also can’t get or send texts without a bunch of garbage that I don’t have to give them.

Made a call using the FreedomVoice app
Despite what the other reviews say it does work. You do have to enable caller ID. You do have to use your own cell number and it will use the caller ID of the number you have with FreedomVoice.

Terrible useless customer service. The only service like this where you can’t register a local number to use. Garbage!
Dialing
Been a FreedomVoice customer for 12 years. But now when I type the phone number the 8th digit of the number gets swapped for the 7th number and I can’t make any outbound phone calls because the keypad enters the phone number incorrectly and I can’t copy paste the phone number I want to dial. Please fix this bug. I need to dial out!

Unreliable
I would love to read and respond to actual text message unfortunately there is a horrible delay for 5-7 or longer before you can read or call someone. App needs a complete upgrade.
Worst app EVERRRRRRR
I would think after Godaddy acquired this “company” they would have put ANY EFFORT AT ALL WHATSOEVER into this app but they don’t even fix normal bare bones minimummmmmmm functions! It’s free to download so u be the judge. Literally can’t b a more poorly designed app on the planet ever created that is worse than this app. it’s as if a five year old created it. Seriously!

A Hassle to deal with
The phone service itself is great however, the app is horrible. it constantly crashes and won’t allow me to update client. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it and nothing seems to work.
App won't make outgoing calls
Incoming calls work; they are to my personal phone, then go to Freedom Voice message if I don't pickup. BUT I can't make an outgoing call, after dialing the number in the app, a box with a different, unknown number and Call or Cancel options pops up and there is no way to make the outgoing call.
Tech support tried their best but couldn't solve it, nor did they have any means to escalate it.
