Such a bad user experience
This app is a masterclass in how to stump the user experience at every possible need. Let me start with the most important one: You want to back the data up to Apple Health as every other health monitoring app does? Tough break, Libre Link doesn’t integrate with no one. You want to see your sugar levels from 10 minutes ago? Sorry, but you can’t. Want to scrub along the line to see what precise time your sugar levels spiked? Too bad. Can’t do that. Oh you made a note and now you want to edit the time stamp to a more accurate time? You’re out of luck. Some of these things are so basic, you wonder if the app design team was a bunch of interns who know nothing about user needs or interactions. Sigh. And remember, this is not the gold standard in measuring your glucose levels either. The variability can be 10%. So you pay ₹5000 and get a substandard experience with a somewhat unreliable reading. Go figure.

Rubbish and Frustrating
Please fire your IT and user experience teams. The login experience is horrendous. Remember the app is mostly used by senior citizens. The password requirement is unnecessarily long and complex. The screens have bugs. Basically useless. Forget about sugar, the poor users will get high BP by the time they get this app setup.

Excellent app
Easy to use, useful information
Reliability issue
Dears, I have been using Freestyle sensors for over 8-9 years experiencing from time to time a sensor issue while I was in France and in China. Since 3 months, we relocated to India and I had already 5 sensors failing, not even starting. Quality is super bad and the process to get sensors back is super slow… I’m very surprised that nobody is reacting… such a profound deception… and we talk about health monitoring system not earphones…

Recent Changes in App?
I affixed a new CGM a couple of days back, and the app has been behaving strangely. I use iOS 26.3 and am finding it very difficult to adapt to the changes. Am unable to view the dashboard, the loading page either shows my sugar level (even without me actively scanning it) or shows that no alarms are available.
