Absolute garbage.
Cannot add a valid address for shipping. When you do add an address (if you can get it to work), it nearly doubles the price of the items in your cart (before shipping charges). This is one step away from being a scam, if it’s not there already.

App does not work
Not sure what happened, app used to be great with no complaints. Now I am unable to purchase anything as the app says it’s unable to deliver to my address. I tried other addresses and still does not work, I tried calling and no one is available, I tried chat and no one is available. I know they got bought out but I am not sure how they are still functioning at this point. It’s been months! Terrible. Really terrible.

Horrible
Will not let me type in my address nor would say my address exists, will not send a verification code 3 times! And I only wanted to order one thing. My phone number and email wasn’t valid either nor was my password even though everything was typed in correctly.

经常遇到配送当天缺货的情况，只是单方面通知缺货和退款，没有提供换货等选择。因为很多时候是因为某几样东西去凑单，到配送日当天才通知主要的那几样东西没有了，严重影响到我们消费者的安排。联系客服说既然我想要的东西没有了就给我取消订单吧，其他的也都不要了。客服说，结单后不能取消订单。那么为什么结单前有货，结单后没货了。他们能在结单后变动我们的订单，我们消费者什么都做不了。客服还说商家临时通知没货了，他们也没办法。那这就是Freshgogo的问题，怎么去和商家协商，制定一个更好的计划，而不是让我们消者去承担后果，被耍得团团转。有一次一共就买五样东西，到了配送日通知三样没货，到手两样。那我找你提前好几天订货干嘛？
