Helpful with switching over
I had an issue with a move to a new property where Fuse were due to take on the Gas supply. The switch was initially rejected and then rejected a second time. Gedmantas assisted with finally putting through the switch and honouring the original tariff that had changed after the initial rejection. Friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff. :)

Amazing Customer Service
Amazing customer service from Charles on online chat. I was switching to fuse from 2 different suppliers and there were issues with the address and both gas and electric meters wrong on the national database. Several other suppliers hadn't been able to resolve this, but after sending pictures of meters Charles fixed everything very efficiently and quickly. I would highly recommend Fuse and thank you Charles.

Pointless app
So to be with fuse you have to use the app which has to be the most useless and non functional app ever! If you want to look at a bill it’s so complicated, to switch tariffs or see useage, again, so difficult. Really is a very unfunctional app!
Needed help logging in
I was assigned to PARVINA and she guided me through the process and was a huge help in logging in and changing emails. 5 stars for the star herself.

Great app and AI chat that works
Been with Fused for 2 months and it was an effortless switchover. But when gas problems hit, their response was phenomenal. They’ve got amazing engineers working for them both in the field and making the experience behind the scenes work well.
Meter installation
Gian assisted with my new meter installation today. Although new, they were super responsive, helpful and managed to get my issue fixed the same day.
The engineer that attended my property also got a 5 star rating.
Very happy with both of them for resolving my lack of gas. I wouldn’t go with any other energy company as I found Fuse to be both cheap and extremely reliable

Fantastic company and top app
As someone that works in an industry that creates mobile apps, I’m genuinely impressed by Fuse’s app. Simple to use, extremely functional and easy to review/forecast energy usage. It’s brilliant! And puts all the other energy firms in the shade.

Excellent app. Connects to a human and I have had issues resolved very quickly. Great customer service. I was sceptical at first but it is so much quicker and easier than waiting on hold to a call centre! Can’t fault Fuse at all so far; they’ve been very helpful.

Tariff changeover
Merhawi processed the future tariff changeover quickly and efficiently. The response via chat was really fast, especially considering it was late in the evening. Staying with fuse as their app is super accurate on predicted bills and their tariffs are very competitive

Changed me on the variable tarrif my mistake.
Despite me being on a contract I have today been told I have been moved into their variable rate, they have no phone number so I am unable to ring them to complain, if they don’t sort this out I will be leaving them.
