Tried to login several times says I username and password doesn’t exist, but when I open a web browser I am able to log in no problem

I can’t login, and seems many others say the same. Don’t bother with downloading this app until they fix this.

Waste of time, energy and memory to download. Maybe this is for a specific plan other than mine, but that should be communicated somewhere. Use the website and save it on your Home Screen.

Fake app
This app got to be fake because I can’t login but I can on the website
The only thing this app tracks is how fast my patience retires.
I downloaded the FuturePlan Retirement Tracker expecting to track my future. What I got instead was a masterclass in digital disappointment. Logging in online? Smooth as butter. The app? More like expired margarine — it just sits there, kinda greasy and definitely not working.
Opening this app is like yelling into a void. It freezes, crashes, or just stares at me like I’m the problem. I’ve had better conversations with my toaster.
I’m genuinely baffled that someone got paid real money to build this. Did they use MS Paint? Was this a group project where everyone forgot it was due? Even the loading screen looks like it’s considering early retirement.
Do yourself a favor — stick to the website or go old-school and use an abacus. At least the abacus won’t crash.

Can’t log in
The app literally does not log in with valid credentials. I am unsure how the aggregate review is anything more than 1 star — it is literally unusable.

You cannot log in on this app. It says your UN AND PW are incorrect.
Garbage
I can’t log in. Incredible that some “tech” hacks got paid to build this app. Will likely be looking to move my funds to a different custodian.
