Minimal functionality
Needs more features to be useful. Our community security guards need to call for permission to let someone in that isn’t on the list. Many times during the day we can’t answer those calls due to work. PLEASE add a feature allowing push notifications to approve visitors. Please add visual acknowledgement that new visitor information was added and saved successfully. Right now when adding a visitor, the input form fields just go blank.

Not working
The App stopped working a few months ago. There is no longer any way to "save" when a visitor is added. So now it is useless - back to phoning the security
Delete Guest
There does not seem to be an option to delete a temporary guest on the iPhone version of this app.

Quits
Whenever I receive a notification and click on it the app quits every time. Also the Home Screen is useless. Nothing on it besides a video tutorial. 1st world problems but annoying

Very efficient despite crashes
Like others mention, the app crashes quite frequently for me too.
However, it’s still way more efficient to use the app than pursue other ways of completing the same task, so for that, I’m perfectly satisfied. I’m happy that the app exists.

Consistent Crashes
Can’t even use it. Always crashes when adding service.
Worst app
Can’t believe our community picked this. No way to text guest passes. You can only email which typically end up in junk mail. And the pass is good for only one time use anyway so no good for permanent guests. It’s 2022. Do better!

Somehow the app removed all my information and added Steve Green. He lives here but is unable to navigate. I had done it when we first got the letter

Terrible App. Doesn’t work at all like it is supposed to work. Whenever you try to reset your password it does not work. This app has major problems and should be avoided. Will recommend to my community HOA to drop this application

Huge improvement
Early reviews were not upgraded to the new system so no it did not work as it wasn’t supposed to. I almost left a bad review but then i called our management office.
Our community switched to the new version and it’s awesome! I get notifications on my phone and my iPad, I can send notes to the guard at the gate, and it’s super fast.
Best feature is I don’t have to carry my drivers license around when i go outside the gates for my morning runs. I can just show the app to the guards and they let me in. That was always a pain before.

Cannot Login
Does not work. Cannot login to app, but website works.

I can’t give a lower rating than one star but this is a no star app. The app does not recognize my login information. Piece of junk. At least it was free!
