Unstable app. Asking to link the bank account, always failed saying the bank is already linked and yet no bank is showing to be linked

Stopped working after 2 transactions
For some reason the app stopped being responsive after 2 transactions which both went through. Have log in and out multiple times and it won’t add a new transaction. Tried to report the problem but this isn’t one of the categories - app malfunction. Please fix it!

This app asks users for a lot of personal financial information especially about their bank accounts! So beware! If I get fraud alerts I know it’s from this app! Never again! 🤮🤮🤮

1. Frequent bugs and loading issues. The app often fails to respond when I tap “Continue,” requiring me to reopen it.
2. Poor photo capture system. Photos are taken automatically before I am ready, with no option to review or retake them. This may be causing the repeated verification errors.
3. No website access option: There is currently no option to complete the process through a website, which would provide an alternative when the app is not working properly.
Again, the app experience is unreliable and frustrating. Improvements to app stability and the verification process are needed.

I cannot receive OTP to login to my account in Canada with a roaming number.
Gcash is scam
I just send 40 nzdollar but there's nothing come gcash it said the gcash receive it but it's not showing WORST APP EVER NOT RECOMMENDED gcash is scam
OTP Issue
Cannot receive OTP dito sa NZ, kahit na yung suggestion nyo sa help center, hindi pa rin effective, di parin ako naka tanggap ng OTP. Sayang ang pera ko, na kaka disappoint lang. Sana gawan niyo ng paraan at sana di ako na scam sa app niyo. 😣
Not user friendly
Di makareceive ng otp. Ang customer service ang hirap since nasa ibang bansa ako. Ung app walang other alternative aside sa phone number. Ang app puro resend lng pro wala naman dumarating. Yang chat with gigi walang kwenta
Can’t access both accounts
I hope we can solve this app issue, a week ago my app is working well pero this week I can’t access both of my PH and AU acc, otp is not working for AU and ung ph naman I tried logging in pero nag-crash yung app. 🥹

Man trying to send emergency money to the PH but the otp system is not working i just need the verification to send the money but im not receiving anything their solution is put your device on airplane mode and reopen the app its an otp that you are not sending i wish you can select a authenticator or email me the otp but nope

Buggy app, poor customer service
The app doesn’t work with taking photos of state issued IDs and has many bugs and the customer service was not helpful and in the end I couldn’t even verify valid information that I have because the buggy app.
