Steals your money and then locks you out of the app with no support
I added money to this app. And then they immediately locked me out, deleted my account, and I can't even get support help. This is the worse payment app I've ever used. I never write bad reviews. This app should be banned.
Terrible as PH tourist
As an American I CANNOT believe this is the widely accepted payment system in the Philippines. The App is atrocious, connecting bank accounts is near impossible, once you actually do connect it, it barely wants to process the transaction.

Optimize your UI and remove the ads upon startup
We are already using the app, why do you need yo keep putting ads for more services in it? I’ve already missed multiple times to pay something by QR because “our services are busy” because of one stupid popup ad that showed up as I clicked the QR scanner, REMOVE THE POPUP ADS ALREADY BECAUSE THEY INTERFERE WITH HOW THE APP IS USED IN THE FIRST PLACE.

Too many scam notifications and popups

endless verification, no support
horrible app, and you can't talk to anyone about linking your bank, the loop for verification never ends...... i tried 4 times and then tried to contact support for 10 whole minutes, no luck

Stopped working after 2 transactions
For some reason the app stopped being responsive after 2 transactions which both went through. Have log in and out multiple times and it won’t add a new transaction. Tried to report the problem but this isn’t one of the categories - app malfunction. Please fix it!

This app asks users for a lot of personal financial information especially about their bank accounts! So beware! If I get fraud alerts I know it’s from this app! Never again! 🤮🤮🤮

2. Poor photo capture system. Photos are taken automatically before I am ready, with no option to review or retake them. This may be causing the repeated verification errors.
3. No website access option: There is currently no option to complete the process through a website, which would provide an alternative when the app is not working properly.
Again, the app experience is unreliable and frustrating. Improvements to app stability and the verification process are needed.
