No option to gain points at counter
Great all but no option to gain points at the counter in person. Should be a scanner but store manager says it’s not possible to use.
App also doesn’t offer same specials as in person.
App also doesn’t let me redeem my points for anything on the menu which is disappointing. I would like to use them for brownies but it’s not possible. Otherwise good app.
