This will be my last month with Geico - yall first gave me a quote of $130 & now it’s almost $180 - no more Geico please

GEICO makes it easy
When I live about GEICO is the app is super for lady use and in addition to that you can pick your coverages so you get to choose what you’re paying for what you need and what you want. Nobody’s stuffing a bunch of coverages. You don’t need down your throat and you’re not paying for extra things you don’t need if you don’t need them but yet they do have all the options for everything that you might need and offer incredible service when you do have to call in and get Support. Their support agents are very friendly and make sure that you do have a good experience and GEICO always provides reminders they will send you reminders before your payment’s gonna be deducted so that you’re aware of it no surprises are there they do since you do have the app available? You always have your coverage available in the event that you need to show that you do have coverage.

Need tracker installed in car for drive safe
Need to install a tracker inside the car instead of phone because every time I ride in the work truck or any car other than my car it tracks the driving as if I'm driving my car!

Still need some work
When asking for a code I select a code to be sent to my phone, rather than email however unfortunately the app send the code to both email and text. So weird? Also Claims are glitching out and hard to get things done.

Sucks when your phone is dead or not working. Then u can’t verify or sign in from anywhere else

I dont drive the car more than once or twice per week and still get charged this high!

For security purposes, they always send a text message but I never get a text message. It’s an email and then 99.9% of the time the email isn’t even sent and there should also be a separate login for each policyholder like if it’s a husband and wife.

Took 3 calls that never were successful even though I gave the information needed.
Had to log in and try to pay which took time and was successful but took an hour. This should not be the case when I am trying to pay you!
