The double verification takes way too long just to access your insurance card. It’s ridiculous. Takes 5-8 minutes for something I should just be able to pull up right away
They are perfect
From my experience this app is quite horrible. For starters, Face ID has never worked the first time I open the app, nor is there any button to manually activate the function; I have to close, exit and re-open the app for the Face ID function to even make an attempt, every time I wish to log in. I get logged out and have to do 2-step verification every time I close the app which is totally unnecessary and really inconvenient when dealing with a claim and needing to grab info from multiple sources at different times. Today I made a transaction and it led me to a page where it said “payment successful” but right below it also said “we could not process this transaction”. What? I constantly get stuck in endless streams of hyperlinks where I have to then hit “back” about 40 times to return to the home page. Long loading screens every time I press something are super outdated and annoying. I often get notifications for things which I already did but for some reason don’t go through on the app, the website seems to be slightly better about that. I mean with how fast the internet is these days, I shouldn’t have to sit and wait and watch a spinning animation telling me “this could take a few minutes”. I also don’t like that I often have to open a separate browser to actually complete transactions or find info because the app can’t always load everything correctly and sometimes doesn’t update right away. If I wasn’t forced to use the app for most online transactions, I would likely not be using it at all in its current state.

Ridiculous high rates with a clean record. GEICO is greedy.
I love Geico and it’s employees. So helpful!
The app is constantly telling me my drive easy is disconnected for a week, two weeks etc. despite me contacting GEICO multiple times in the past to verify it showed I’m connected and I can though it says I haven’t been connected for a week, all of the trips I’ve taken in that time are are still recorded in the app. Now it’s also glitching telling me my session has expired two seconds after logging I.

I had zero response from a claims rep about a settlement agreement with me using the built in app features. They always called me instead when it was convenient for them, not for me. The only way you get a real response is by being slave to call waiting for somebody to pick up your call.
Text boxes function poorly and the app frequently fails to remember your login.
Havent had too much of an issue working things out when it comes to filing claims or setting up insurance cards. The free roadside assistance is okay mostly, its only to bring you to the closest mechanic shop.
Excellent
Did 2-3 time payment method update but still showing alert as update payment method not sure what is wrong, ideally this alert should not come because did not change anything
I had to go to each policy in the app and update payment information for each one instead of the app updating all policies at once. Further I had to spend 10 minutes trying to find the billing section in the app - you have to go to each individual policy to find the billing section for that policy. Wow! So time consuming. Have a billing section on the front page and allow updates there where you can simply check a box as to which policies the update should apply. The app needs work!

Literally cant type anything on web or mobile its so laggy
I get disconnected from drive easy too much. My wife and I are both on the same account. Whenever I get mine connected, it will disconnect hers for some reason and vice versa. Then I have to call to get an email to set it up again.
App and website are garbage. They don’t sync. They self “adjust” or some A I junk is knocking basic web and app services off. I don’t care. We all pay too much money for service like this. I will take my business elsewhere. If this is the service I get from the tech side I don’t want to find out what happens if I have an actual problem and need to access insurance. Lame and Dumb. I’d rank Zero if I could.

This app is glitching makes you repeatedly log in needs a verification code each time (sometimes up to 4 times in a single log in attempt), and then times out before you get to the right screen. Needs some serious bug fixes because this never used to be an issue!
Muy eficientes y profesionales
There is my rate for changing my location. I guess you get fined for moving even if it’s within the same state I recommend going to progressive.
Whoever was in charge of the July 2026 update should get fired. Not being able to paste in the entire app has to be one of the most infuriating decisions I can think of. I almost switched to a different insurance out of spite.
I have to update my password every time I log on… it’s time consuming and unsafe.
