Clunky app
Our sheriffs department told us to use this app, but my confidence is not very high based on what I see after installing it. It is not designed for mobile phones, is not user-friendly, and it does not give much information to the user to explain exactly how this is going to work.
Watch Duty Much Better app
This app is so limited That it is virtually useless, just get Watch Duty and get real time info for multiple areas
Stopped Using
After I found watch duty, I stopped using this. This is not a user friendly app and it’s surprising it’s being implemented and told to download by county services. I also use twitter alert notifications for the north county fire services, which seems to give really useful information. I would not recommend this app.

Completely Unusable
Did the developers even test this app before production release? I could not even scroll the splash screen down to get to the green “Start”button… 100% failed on UX… Am I supposed to reverse engineer this app and fix the issue myself?
No updates and no improvements
Unable to even Start app, does not seem to be updated to work with latest iPhone OS or model.
Not very useful
The App updates only the very specific zone(s) of cities that you select. That means a zone two blocks from your house could go under mandatory evacuation, but your zone will show no updates and you’ll get no alert. Why don’t they update with warnings at the city level? I would not my life on this app.

Can’t get past the first screen
App opens, then doesn’t allow the start button to be high enough on the screen to even touch it. Can’t get it to do anything.

If 0 was available that’s what I would give it. Cannot be removed completely. Inly from home screen. Terrible!

Battery Hog
I noticed my iPhone 14 pro battery draining quickly after installing this app. It was accounting for 75% of battery usage. It appears to be doing something in the background about once every minute. Bye bye Genasys!
Very Low End App
The app never saves your address like it stays and the design is like an early 90s app very non user friendly.

Poorly Designed
Tried several times to download and set up but it freezes and won’t allow me to set up and establish. I cannot speak to its functionality but if this is an indication then don’t bother. WatchDuty is by far superior.
Not a good app
They do not update the events. The updates are 2 to 3 days old.
Dosent work
As soon as I open the app the start button is too far down you can’t even click it to get started.
