Great motivator
Excellent workouts, I have a bad knee and in the main can do these workouts and even though it’s walking you can get a real sweat on, well done Rick
Gets you groovin
I move more now than I had been doing since my dog passed away 2 years ago. I start every day with Rick and his routines. The music just starts you moving and Rick’s instructions are easy enough to follow. Heck if you can’t follow him, just keep moving!
Daily workouts on all my gadgets
I usually use my iPad for workouts but have used my phone when traveling. Easy to find my workouts, easy to send to TV if I want the big screen Rick experience. Let’s gooooo!

Loving exercise
I have been using this app for 2+ years and I love exercising. There are so many workouts to choose from. I can create my own program or follow one of the many challenges. I highly recommend this app to anyone who wants to control their weight, strengthen muscles or wants to maintain health. It’s easy to travel with too. Pull up the app on your phone, tablet or laptop. I love doing the dance workouts for added fun.

Most fun workout ever!!
I started Rick’s walking workouts after finding him on YouTube. I later joined his VibeTribe. No matter how bad my day, I turn on a workout and find myself smiling and laughing. I highly recommend you give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.

I have been with The Vibe Tribe for 16 months and have lost so many cms from all over my body not to mention 17kg. Down two dress sizes. I feel strong and healthy. GFWR best thing I’ve found on the internet
Quite simply I love get fit with Rick. Finding this program has change my life. I work out daily, I follow the plan, I eat better but don’t feel like I’m on a diet. I have lost 2 stone in 12 months, but more importantly I am happier, less stress, I don’t kick myself and give up if I miss a day, I sleep better, I am healthier, I am better for my family and it’s fun! It’s a huge win - just give it a go- it’s the only fitness plan I’ve found that works

Great work outs!
I do this “almost” every day (currently P2 day15). Frustrated that I haven’t lost weight so I need to explore my calorie intake. But- grew up dancing (ballet, jazz, tap) and Rick speaks my language!, not to mention he’s so much fun! Anyone else hear music and start with a March count in their head?!
