Stopped working
Worked great for about a year then randomly disconnected me in the middle of class about 2 weeks ago, hasn't worked since. I've tried every suggestion I can fine online, not that there are many since for some reason every tech support site loves to give the most generic advice possible then tell you that actually that problem can't possibly occur and lock the thread before anyone can post an actual solution. Tried restarting my phone, forgetting the network and reconnecting, forgetting the network, shutting down my phone, then reconnecting, none of it works. To be clear I can connect to other wifi networks fine, and nobody else in the building is having trouble connecting to eduroam, just me. And yes, my login credentials are correct, I've check them more times than I can count, and I'm on the latest ios on a relatively new iphone.

There was a time that all you needed to connect to eduroam was you uni credentials. I would go to conferences all over the world and not have a problem connecting. And then this abomination was introduced. It’s essentially ensured you are no longer connected. Completely useless.

L’application est très pratique pour bénéficier du WIFI étudiant. Pour autant, la qualité du service est à revoir. Déjà pour se connecter c’est une véritable épreuve mais même après l’avoir fait on est pas sur d’avoir accès au WIFI, entre le réseau qui ne fonctionne pas et le fait qu’on me déconnecte à chaque fois, c’est horrible. C’est simple depuis le début de l’année scolaire je n’ai pas pu utiliser eduroam.

Nachdem es ewig nicht ging habe ich herausgefunden dass man eventuelle bestehende Profile in den Einstellungen löschen muss bevor man das neue hinzufügen kann.

Useless app. No error messages or reset password option
My uni use this app so it’s essential I have it. So after multiple attempts and contacting my IT department I’ve learned I’m entering my password incorrectly…. Don’t agree. So getting it reset is a job in itself, plus I need to be on campus. So I’ve to sit in campus all day waiting on emails from support.
Why won’t it allow users to reset their password? Why doesn’t it show an accurate error message with further instructions? So agitated with this.
