App not useable
For registering in the app a phone number verification is necessary. When entering a phone number from overseas (I tried multiple ones), it will not let you continue, and therefore you cannot access your account at all, since they don’t provide a website access. All countries are eligible to be selected for phone numbers, but my foreign numbers don’t work Dumbest mistake ever! Who is your product owner and tester? What a basic mistake and customers are left standing in the rain.

When I went to get my insurance details the App won’t open up. I have therefore had to cancel the relating insurance policy and take out a new one

Impossible to cancel
Impossible to cancel through the app (evil malicious dark pattern!) and when I request an email back nothing happens. I don’t live in Germany anymore so canceling via phone also isn’t an option.
Unable to buy insurance
I have just been unable to pay for my insurance, it goes to the payment portal and gets stuck! I can’t even use the account online!

Didn’t have a problem before
App is completely unusable, doesn’t open and crashes straight away, how am I supposed to look at my policy when the website tells you to use the app that doesn’t work?

App immediately crashes and quits on opening. Tried reinstalling, same result. Especially awkward as when trying to log in on the website it just tells you to use the app, which is now useless.

I find it ridiculous that you can’t log in to their website and need to download an app instead. It’s a very basic interface, why not make it a web app?
Never ever go for Getsafe
Worst insurance, they fool you and never help you with any claim. I used it for almost 2 years, and reached out to them twice. They come up with different reasons and annexures in the policy document to reject your claim. The customer service is pathetic and they never respond on time. Once it took almost 3-4 months to respond to my claim and there was no way you can reach them on phone. Simple advice get some other insurance but never ever go for Getsafe.

Fix app!!
App won’t open. Need to update or more likely now cancel policy if can’t even open it for my policy/account. If app obsolete, at least put forwarding information clearly.

I’ve been a loyal customer of GetSafe for years, with two active policies and consistent payments. However, the moment I actually needed their support, I realized how terrible their service is.
It’s impossible to get in touch with their support team—emails go unanswered, inquiries are blatantly ignored, and there’s been absolutely no progress on my case. They make it incredibly frustrating to resolve any issues, leaving me feeling abandoned when I needed them the most.
If you’re considering using GetSafe, don’t waste your time or money.

App not opening
Every time I click on the icon it goes to open but straight back to icon Downloaded the new update but still the same app will not open!!! Click the icon app goes to open, but never does! I need to renew my policy but can’t open the app!
I just read another review that an the app developers response was urban jungle are taking over, but I haven’t been told how to get in touch with them! No app! No phone number!! No address!!! Let’s hope the don’t try taking any money out of my bank!! As I’m changing my insurance immediately

Get safe is a great & affordable Insurance service Trusted by millions. I found it to be very affordable and it covers lots of extra things which are needed. I personally added Drone extension which is a great service for Drone owners.
