Be Careful – Incorrect Refund（注意：返金が正しく処理されません）
I booked a Great Barrier Reef tour with a helicopter scenic flight option for two people through GetYourGuide.
On the day of the tour, the helicopter flight was cancelled by the operator due to strong winds. The operator issued an official cancellation certificate and instructed me to request the refund through GetYourGuide.
Despite providing the official cancellation certificate and other supporting evidence, the refund process has been extremely disappointing. The refund was processed for only one person, even though the booking was for two people and both flights were cancelled. In addition, the refunded amount does not appear to match the amount paid for the helicopter option.
I have already contacted customer support and submitted screenshots showing the price difference between the tour with and without the helicopter option, but the issue has still not been properly resolved.
Customers should not have to repeatedly provide evidence and chase customer support to receive the correct refund for a service that was never provided.
I hope GetYourGuide improves its refund process so that future customers are treated fairly.

提供されなかったサービスの正しい返金を受けるために、利用者が何度も証拠を提出し、サポートへ繰り返し問い合わせなければならない状況であるべきではありません。
今後、同じようなケースで利用者が公平な対応を受けられるよう、GetYourGuideには返金対応の改善を期待します。

Toronto island
Warren Hoselton was an among host and very knowledgeable about the island.even though it rained a bit it was still nice to have some fun…I would recommend the island tour with Warren and learn more about the island that they don’t teach in school.

I actually had not heard of this tour guide company previously. The one I went on today was so successful I am looking at others they offer.

Romania with Bogdan
If there were a way to give Bogdan more than five stars, our family absolutely would.
Our group of 4 adults and 3 children had an incredible experience exploring Romania with Bogdan. He went above and beyond each day to make sure we felt safe, well-fed, comfortable, and were having a wonderful time.
What truly set him apart was his kindness when we had an unexpected issue with a medication that appeared to be compromised. Without hesitation, he found a doctor to confirm the correct dosage, helped us get a new prescription, and literally ran to the pharmacy with only minutes before it closed, turning a stressful situation into one we didn't have to worry about.
Even after our tour ended, Bogdan checked in to see how we were doing and surprised our children with thoughtful little souvenirs before we boarded our bus to our next destination. It was such a kind and memorable gesture.
Bogdan didn't just show us Romania—he made our trip unforgettable. We wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone visiting Romania. Thank you, Bogdan, for taking such wonderful care of our family!

Dublin tour: Guiness warehouse
I booked tour on 6/23/26 at 530p. Our flight got cancelled , therefore our booking was interrupted unprecedentedly. After back and forth communications with tour manager, our request for changing the tour time was rejected. As a result, I booked the tour directly from the Guiness warehouse website without any hassles. I hoped the “get your guide” could have handled the situation better. In addition, the booking I made not a guided tour, but an admission ticket.
