Issue with my accounts
I didn’t realize I had two accounts (one with my email, and another with an Apple generated email I had no access to) I didn’t know I was signed up for a booking until they emailed me about it 24hrs before it started. I explained this to them and they did not refund or credit me even tho my app literally did not show me I had a booking during the cancellation window. Super frustrating as I had spent 100’s on the app in the past

The best App for sameday booking of Tours, saved my trip in Italy as I hopped around. I’m from NYC so my review is honest AF.
Doges palace rip off
We had a dismal experience, spent 70 euros on a headphone app, couldn’t download the app in the Doges palace and discovered there is a cheaper version in the palace and lots of information readily available. Was a waste of money and time. We had to meet at a special spot off site to collect QR code which then didn’t work.
