Horrible communication
We drove up from Houston to Dallas to watch Harry Potter in the Cosm BUT the show was cancelled the day before and we were not informed. We drove 4 hours and told at the door the show was canceled. Absolutely unacceptable

Warning to Foreign Customers
This has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience, especially as a foreign customer.
This month, I intended to book a ride for 700,000 VND, but due to a genuine mistake, I accidentally paid 7,000,000 VND. I contacted customer support within 10 minutes and clearly explained the situation. The ride was cancelled, and the customer-care team initially confirmed by email that my refund would be processed within 3–5 days.
However, after 6 days, the management team suddenly declined the refund and closed my case. I contacted customer support several times afterward, but I still have not received a proper resolution.
If your customer-care agents commit to a refund, the company should honor that commitment instead of changing the decision at the last minute. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in the company.
I genuinely request other foreign customers to be very careful before using this app.

Love the specific directions, meeting locations, options, can search “same day”. Found this on TikTok. Not sure if it was an ad or not, but the app has been very helpful. I found a place for a massage and a blowout in Valletta. And now I saw and booked the same day. Sunset cruise. Would definitely recommend this app.

I was given an incorrect schedule from my tour. Ordered tickets to match the schedule as it was given originally. Couldn’t get a refund from the activities I wasn’t able to attend because I was on the tour. Finally got a refund but they charged me a second time for activities I couldn’t attend. Spent days asking them to make amends. Out of the hundreds I spent on this app I got a partial refund for the tour and nothing I purchased on this app worked out. Boo
