This app still sucks
Some airport codes are wrong and cannot even leave a report cause it won’t work from the app. Why bother to have an app when it sucks at everything. Great program, totally awful app.

We travel frequently in & out of the country Global Entry is a timesaver, respected worldwide, streamlines check in time & the long lines. If you’re a world traveler it’s worth the extra cost.
Amazing app!
Yesterday I arrived in Houston George Bush international. All the Global Entry machines were out of service. I had never used this app, but it was installed and to use. I skipped a long line of people as a result!

App works well but CBP isn’t trained to know about it
The app works fine, but it doesn’t do any good since none of the agents know what the app is or what it’s for when you get to the airport. Wasted my time and a whole bunch of other people’s time while the officers stared at it and said I don’t know what that is.

At MÍA airport the officers make you do everything again and take your pic again too regardless of what it says and regardless of being submitted and having a confirmation number too . It’s a waste of time - the distemper crashed 3 times within 8 mins in line.
