Since I have moved to Roseville, I can pretty much relay on Excellent Customer Service from the drivers that I have encountered.
I’m being charged
Recently I e been charged even though I wasn’t able to get a scheduled time.
Everything welded is fine, but that.
I do appreciate the app. So that’s just the one issue now.

Updating profile you have to put in your address, but when you click on the address to put it I, it directs you to another page.
I can’t use my email which is an iCloud account.
Also I can’t schedule ahead of time when using my credit card. I don’t have cash.
I don’t have a place to get any.
This has been really frustrating

To be able to schedule on your own time. Being able to see the times and how long it’ll take before deciding is a blessing.
I no longer have to deal with customer service. The company needs to hire new ones that really care about the customers. Can you have a way for us to anonymously do the same to customer service like you do with the drivers asking us how was our ride? On the app?
